Missed call banking :
With Missed call service, you will be able to get the details of account balance by dialling the toll free number 1800 2700 720 from your registered mobile number.
The following message will be played & call will be disconnected.

Message: ‘Thanks for calling IDFC Bank! You will receive an SMS for your request shortly’

You will receive a response of account balance in the form of a text message within just a few seconds.
The SMS we send you with your balance will look like this :
Available Balance in A/C XX1124 is Rs. 1, 00,000.
Available Balance in A/C XX1124 is Rs. 1, 00,000.Available Balance in A/C XX1124 is Rs. 1, 00,000.

SMS banking :
SMS banking gives you control to manage your account whenever and wherever you need.
All you need to do is register your mobile number with us and start using the short codes to access your information.

Here is a list of transactions you can perform using SMS Banking
Services offered for SMS Banking :

3. Cheque Book request
4. Stop cheque request
5. Block Debit card
6. Help – To get SMS banking codes

Just send an SMS to 5676732 or 9289289960 from your registered mobile number with the transaction code for the service you want to avail. You will receive a response in the form of a text message within just a few seconds.

In case you send an invalid transaction code or incorrect account / card details we will send you an appropriate error message informing you where you went wrong.
