Single Window Clearance System

The Government of Rajasthan has introduced Advanced Single Window Clearance Portal to facilitate businesses in the State.

The advanced portal provides a single point (online) interface and a time-bound clearance system by acting as a one-stop information/ registration/ approval/ tracking centre for clearances/approvals.

In addition the portal provides an electronic-based transparent system for online submission and tracking of applications including e-Payments. It will also provide updated information relating to relevant rules, regulations, orders and policy initiatives and schemes for guidance of investors.

With the introduction of investor friendly Single Window Ordinance/Act/ Rules 2016 and advanced portal will only catalyse setting-up and operationalizing projects and investment proposals in the state in a speedy, unperturbed and hassle-free manner.

1. How do I get started?
Answer: Prior to invoking any of the services, you must first register with Single Window Clearance System (SWCS). Registration which is a single step process known as ‘Single Sign on ID’ or ‘SSOID’.

You first need to register yourself as an individual and get yourself a Login account. User registration will enable to access the departmental clearances required for setting up of the business entity.

2. What information do I need when I begin to register?
Answer: You can register to the SWCS by any of the following:
1. Adhar ID (UID)
2. Bhamashah ID (UID)
3. Udyog Adhar No.(UAN)
If any of the above is not available, you can also generate SSOID through Facebook and Google.

3. Is there any fee for registration?
Answer: Single Window System does not charge any fee for the service rendered. Fee/charges are charged by individual department/authority as per the prevailing rules/acts.

4. How do I pay the fees when invoking these services?
Answer: Single Window System is integrated with an electronic payment gateway.

5. How much amount do I need to pay when invoking these services?
Answer: The requisite amount of will be communicated to you via email and sms. The concerned department will communicate to you via portal. You can also check by signing on the portal.

6. How do I get the confirmation after registration?
Answer: On registration, an email confirmation and SMS will be sent.

7. What happens if I forget my username and / or password?
Answer: In case you forget your username and / or password, please visit the “sign in” and click ‘Forgot Password’ link to retrieve your login details.

8. How many services are enabled on Single Window Clearance System?
Answer: Presently on single window system 53 services are available. For the list of services kindly visit swcs.rajasthan.gov.in/AllServicesBasket.aspx

9. After applying for the services through Single Window Clearance System, how do I know the status of my application? Do I need to contact the departments for status update?
Answer: Single Window Clearance System is integrated with department systems and processes. Hence you will receive the status updates on your application on the portal. You don’t have to contact to the department for status update. You can check the status by two ways: First you can check status without signing on the portal by visiting swcs.rajasthan.gov.in/ApplicationTracker.aspx. Second, you can also login the portal and check the status.

10. How can I update/change my personal information?
Answer: Personal information can be edited by logging in to Single Window Clearance System website and editing the details. These changes will get reflected in the system once you login the next time.

11. How do I submit the enclosures with the application?
Answer: Enclosures can be uploaded with the application in electronic format. The maximum size of the file should not exceed 1 MB.

12. How do I get the information about the various clearances issued to me?
Answer: The information will be communicated to you through email or sms. You can also check after signing in the portal, the requisite clearance documents will be uploaded on your portal.

13. Is there a helpdesk available for any queries?
Answer: Yes
