We have opened up all our network information for you to see. Because we want you on our side. Only then can we turn India’s first open network into the best network ever created.

See our current towers and future plans:
There are no secrets in the open network. We’ll show you exactly where our current towers are and which ones we plan to upgrade. This is because we want to be completely transparent about our network and give you all information that is your right to know.

Let us know where you face network issues:
Yes we have coverage holes. And we will not keep them hidden. We want you to tell us where we are lacking. Because the more open questions you ask, the more open answers we can give.

Help us in locations where we need towers:
There are many areas where we need your help. Some of our towers have been shut down and we need locations for setting up our towers in a few other areas. And we will not keep it hidden from you. Because if you have a problem we want you to be part of the solution and help us get a tower. This is the only way we can build the best network together.

How to report a network issue?:
** If you are facing a network issue in your area, you can go to the network map on “My Network” tab, drop a pin at the exact location and report an issue. Alternatively, you can click here and we would be glad to assist you.

** Every time you report a network related issue, a service request is generated and the service request number is shared with you. Once the complaint has been resolved, you will be duly notified about the resolution. You can also track your complaint using this SR number.
