Pilgrimage to Holy Land Tour of Jerusalem :
Government of Andhra Pradesh is inviting applications from eligible Christians for the scheme “Pilgrimage to Holy land of Jerusalem and other Biblical Places.

The tours period is for 7 to 8 days. Government will provide a grant of Rs. 20000/- to each pilgrim, over and above this, the expenses are to be borne by the pilgrims themselves.
The selection of pilgrims shall be on first-come-first served basis, preference will be given to white ration card holders, physically fit old age persons and married couples.
The final selection of the pilgrims is discretion of the screening committee as per the guidelines. The applicant should have valid passport with minimum validity of 02 years at the time of applying.
The required documents are as follows :
1) Passport size Photograph
2) Christian Minority Certificate issued by Tahsildhar or Baptism Certificate of mainline Churches.
3) Aadhar Card
4) Ration Card
5) Valid Indian Passport with minimum 02 years validity..
6) Medical Certificate issued by the competent authority.

2. This pilgrimage covers a very large number of places connected with the life of Jesus Christian in Israel. The Government of Andhra Pradesh provides Rs.20,000/- as subsidy.
Eligibility :
Pilgrims should invariably be bonafide Christians certified through their academic records (SSC certificate) or Tahsildar or Baptism Certificate.Preference is given to the pilgrims of above 50 years of age, who are physically fit.
The applicants should possess a valid passport with a minimum validity period of 2 years at the time of applying.

The Procedure being followed by the Corporation is as follows :
Any representation on paper received in the Corporation is numbered as entered in inward register. The representation after thorough examination by the Administrative Officer and Managing Director the representation is send to the concerned section.
The file is put up to the Administrative Officer who in turn puts up the file to the Managing Director.
Grant-in-Aid received by the Government is transferred to the District Officers as per the request and requirement. Proper utilization of funds is ensured and Utilization Certificated are collected.

The main objective of the corporation is to assist the Christians community for their socio-economic development in collabration with Banks and other Development Agencies.
