These terms and conditions form the contract between the USER and the BANK and shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other terms and conditions relating to any account of the USER and/or the respective product or the service provided by the BANK.
** Axis OK application uses SMS to complete transactions
** The application will work only from the registered mobile number of the customer
** The customer does not need to do any separate registration for Axis OK.

** It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safety of his mobile device, any transaction which originates through this app from the registered mobile number of the customer, shall be deemed to have been done by the customer.

** Axis Bank does not take responsibility of transaction failure due to network connectivity or any operator related failure. The bank shall in no circumstances be held responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage occurred to the customer while using this app, for reasons which are beyond the control of the Bank

** The bank may keep the record of the transaction in a manner that it may deem fit. In the event of any dispute, the banks record shall be binding as conclusive evidence for transactions done through the app.
** The bank may withdraw the application facility at its sole discretion without any prior intimation to the customer.
