Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions below in order to continue with your Image Card design.
The Image being uploaded should not contain the following:
** Trademarks, logos, slogans, company names, copyrighted material or brands of any third party, including flags and maps.

** Advertising or promotional material, or branded products, pictures of celebrities / musicians / athletes /entertainers /public-figures /cartoon characters etc. that are famous or recognized.
** Phone numbers, addresses and URL addresses, account numbers or Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) and other wording.
** Images deemed to be provocative, sexual, and violent or contain other offensive content, Profanity or obscenities or Alcohol/ tobacco/ firearms.
** Images which show illegal or anti-social behaviour or culturally insensitive images.
** Images which display the opinions or beliefs of extreme political, religious or socially unacceptable groups.
** Images that may interfere with security features of the card, with any Spyware, Malware, Virus and any content which may be harmful to Bank or its Partner Institutions.
** Downloaded Internet images or images not owned by you, including photographs, cartoons, works of art and cars.
** Political subject matter of any nature.
** Offensive racial/prejudicial subject matter of any nature.
** Offensive religious subject matter of any nature.
** Advertising of any nature.*
** Self-promotion of any nature (e.g., personal business card).
** Copyrighted material of any nature.
** Branded products/services, including abbreviations, acronyms and/or symbols of any nature1.
** Solicitations, including telephone numbers or services of any nature (e.g., 900 or 800 numbers.
** Celebrities/musicians/athletes/entertainers/public figures, etc., of any nature.
** Affiliation with groups that are determined to be of a “socially unacceptable” nature, including scenes, names or symbols.
** Subject matter of any nature that might result in card acceptance confusion by merchants.
** Subject matter of any nature that might result in card fraud
** Any graphic design element that might reflect poorly or might engender hostility toward or derision of all or any of the MasterCard family of brands.

** Further I, the Cardholder agree that any dispute between me and any third party with regard to the Images uploaded by me shall be resolved between us without involving Bank in case of dispute. Bank shall not be liable for any loss/damage/harm suffered by me or any third party in this regard.
** The size of the Image uploaded on the Website should not be more than 4 MB with image size of at least 1011*638 pixels.

** A fee of Rs. 300/- will be deducted from the Cardholder’s Account on applying for new add-on personalized image card and Rs. 200/- for replacement card with the same photo in lieu of lost card. This request will be processed subject to sufficient availability of funds in the Cardholder’s account on the date of processing of Card application

** In consideration of Bank providing me with the Card and related facilities, I hereby agree to indemnify and keep Bank indemnified from and against all actions, claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, personal injury, costs (including legal costs), charges and expenses whatsoever which Bank may at any time incur, sustain, suffer or be put to as a consequence of or by reason of or arising out of violation of any legal, statutory or regulatory guidelines regarding use of Images.
** Indian Bank reserves the right to modify, interpret or vary from these guidelines at its sole discretion.

* – The foregoing shall not apply to the use of any company image, copyrighted material, branded products/services, including abbreviations, acronyms and/or symbols of any nature, trademarks, personalities or names to the extent legally owned by or licensed to the cardholder.
