Institution License :

** Women & Children Institutions Licensing Act makes it mandatory for all institutions/Services/facilities meant for women and children to obtain license

** Government of AP aims at ensuring minimum standards of care & protection are adhered to all such institutions/Services providers
** All Missing/Found persons shall be reported by all such institutions/Service providers at website missingperson.ap.nic.in which will enable govt. to strive for restoration of such persons to their families

Who are exempted? :
** Hostels, or boarding houses attached to or controlled or recognized by educational institutions or
** Any protective hone established under the suppression of Immoral traffic in Women and Girls Act, 1956

Getting started :
** If you are running/managing an institution which is providing residential care as per rules for Women OR Children OR if you are planning to start one, you need to obtain License under the Women & Children Institutions (Licensing) Act 1956, to continue or run your institution
** Following steps have to be followed to apply for License/Renewal of License/Obtain a Duplicate License

Operating Instructions:
Login Screen :
** Click on the APPLY NOW button, if wish to obtain license for your institution
** If you have already applied for License, Enter the Reg. ID, user name and password in the respective boxes provided and click Login to enter into the main page of the software.

Applying for License :
After clicking the APPLY NOW button from Login Screen you will move to a screen where you can create user account for your Institution

STEP 1:
Ensure to create your own USER ID (User ID should be a valid institutional email ID) and Password for your institution and for future logging-in as a user

Note: You cannot enter data or access the database without registering yourself as a user

STEP 2:
Note:
All entries marked with *(star mark) are Mandatory (Compulsory) fields which have to be filled.
** However you are encouraged to fill in as many details you can, so that it will help in getting a complete picture of the institution/inmate.
** Begin entry from the first row in the form
** If you are applying for LICENSE for your Institution/Service/Facility for the first time ensure to select the option “NEW” from the dropdown list available there, by clicking on the arrow mark.

** If your Institution/Service/Facility is already LICENSED and you desire to get it Renewed OR obtain Duplicate license ensure to select the option “Renewal” OR “Duplicate” from the dropdown list available there, by clicking on the arrow mark. And provide particulars of, License No., Date of License issued, Purpose for which License was issued, and reasons.

** Ensure to fill in all the relevant details and Click on Next button to go to next page (Step 3) Click “Reset” to ignore what is done

Step 3:
** Ensure to fill all the “Particulars of organization” and Facilities/Standards being provided/maintained in the Institution
** Click on the NEXT button move on to the next page (Step 4) Click “Reset” to ignore what is done

Step 4:
** After completing all the entries you have to ensure that you put a TICK mark beside the undertaking statement given at the bottom of the screen. ONLY then will your application will be accepted
** Click on SUBMIT for submission of the application

** After successful submission of the APPLICATION FORM, there will be a message displayed saying- “Application has been registered successfully!” along with a Registration ID number as shown in the screen below. Then re-login to enter the details of the governing body, staff and residents/inmates

PLEASE PRESERVE YOUR PASSWORD REGISTRATION ID NUMBER AS THIS IS A UNIQUE ID CREATED FOR YOU AND A KEY FOR ANY FURTHER LOGIN ATTEMPTS

Particulars of Governing body :
** Ensure to enter the details of all the Governing body members one by one using the format given below.
** You can only enter the details of a single member each time.
** As you keep-on entering data/details of the governing body or management the same will be displayed in a list form after each submission

Particulars of Staff :
** Ensure to enter the details of all the paid and unpaid staff one by one category wise using the format given below.
** You can only enter the details of a one category each time.
