To block your lost credit card, please contact our PhoneBanking officers at any of our 24 hour PhoneBanking numbers.

We also have the facility of hotlisting / blocking the Credit Cards through Netbanking. If you are registered for Netbanking facility, you can now hotlist / block your Credit Cards on-line.

Process of Credit Card hotlisting through NetBanking :
Step 1 : Login to NetBanking using your NetBanking Id and Password
Step 2 : Click on the Credit Cards tab and then on Credit Card Hotlisting at the left hand side. This will give you the list of Credit Cards that are registered under NetBanking.

Step 3 : Click on the Credit Card No. you wish to hotlist.
Step 4 : Select the reason for hotlisting.
Step 5 : Select if you wish to have the card reissued.

As you might be aware, your “zero liability” clause covers all the fraudulent transactions that are incurred on your credit card from the date and time of reporting loss of credit card to the bank.

However, all transactions incurred on the card prior to the date and time of reporting the loss are payable by you, as mentioned in our Usage guide. We also request you not to use the lost credit card in the event of recovering the same in future.

Debit Card :
Loss of ATM, Debit card or any other Card issued by our Bank must be immediately reported to our PhoneBanking unit to have the card hotlisted (cancelled). The PhoneBanking facility (Hotlisting Desk) is available round the clock.

Simultaneously, you may also place your card replacement request. Alternatively, you may also submit the form at the nearest branch.

The application form may be collected from the Branch or downloaded from our web site (click on “Forms Centre” at the top of the web page).

We also have the facility of Hotlisting/blocking the Debit Cards through Netbanking. If you are registered for NetBanking facility, you can now hotlist/block your Debit Cards on-line and real-time.

Process of Debit Card hotlisting through NetBanking :
Step 1 : Login to NetBanking using your NetBanking Id and Password

Step 2 : Click on the new Debit Card tab and then on Debit Card Hotlisting at the left hand side. This will give you the Debit Cards that are linked to your account.

Step 3 : If there are more than one Debit Card linked to your account, you will get a list of the same. Click on the Debit Card No. you wish to hotlist.

Step 4 : Select the reason for hotlisting, put the remarks and confirm.
Step 5 : You will receive the confirmation that the Card has been hotlisted online.
