How do I register my complaint online in SCORES-
To register a complaint online on SCORES portal, click on “Complaint Registration” under “Investor Corner”. The complaint registration form contains personal details and complaint details. There are certain mandatory fields on the Form. These fields incl ude Name, Address for correspondence, State, Email Address of Investor. Besides this, select the complaint category, entity name, nature of complaint related to, complaint details in brief (up to 1000 characters). A PDF document (up to 1MB of size for each nature of complaint) can also be attached along with the complaint as the supporting document.

About SEBI :
The Securities and Exchange Board of India was established on April 12, 1992 in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992.

The Preamble of the Securities and Exchange Board of India describes the basic functions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India as “…to protect the interests of investors in securities and to promote the development of, and to regulate the securities market and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto”

1. I have invested in Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Limited, Jabalpur in bond on 30/07/2015 for one year. The branch manager told at the time of maturity, there have no funds in hand for repayment. I visited zone off, Atea Manager, Sector Manager, Regional Manager. But the same reply I am getting from their ends that, there have no fund in hand for repayment of bonds. I want to complain to SEBI. Under which category, the complaint against Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Limited, Jabalpur India can be entered in SCORES?

2. I had invested Rs.20,000/- in PACL vide registration number U098092973 dated 04/05/2006 for 5 years fixed deposit scheme. Maturity date was 04/05/2012. Amount of maturity is 45,614/-. I was deposited original FD receipt in Pune PACL Office through agent. PACL Pune office was issued cheque Number 241052 dated 20/11/2014 during March 2014. I deposited the cheque on 20/11/2014 in SBI, Pulgate Pune for crediting in my account but cheque bounced due to PACL a/c closed. I visited to PACL, Deccan, Pune office for this matter, they advised the cheque may be deposited here for new cheque. Then, I was deposited the cheque there, but till date not given fresh cheque.I am from poor family. I need my money. How can I get the money back. Please advise.
