Apply for Dependent Children scheme :

Online form Instructions :
** On the State Portal of Punjab, click on Citizen Login link.
** If you are a new user, click on “New User” link, else login with your Username and Password.

** After logging in for the first time, user will be asked to update their profile. Please update it.
** Click on “Fresh Application” link in the left menu.

** On the next screen, all Department wise services are listed. Choose the service you want to apply for and click the “Apply” link next to the service.

** On the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 2 (Online Form application) section and click on “Click here to fill the application form online” link.

** Fill the form and click “Submit”.
** Click “View Saved Application” link, select the application and click “Upload Supporting Documents” button.
** Upload the supporting documents.

Offline form Instructions :
** On the State Portal of Punjab, click on Citizen Login link.
** If you are a new user, click on “New User” link, else login with your Username and Password.
** After logging in for the first time, user will be asked to update their profile. Please update it.

** Click on “Fresh Application” link in the left menu.
** On the next screen, all Department wise services are listed. Choose the service you want to apply for and click the “Apply” link next to the service.

** On the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 1(Offline Form application) section and click on Form Name to download the e-Form.
** Fill the e-Form in offline mode (Internet connection is not required to fill e-Form).

** Login to the application and on the Fresh Application screen, go to Alternative 1 (Offline Form application) section and click on “Click here to upload the filled form” link.
** Browse to the filled e-Form and click on “Add” button.

How to do data entry in Punjabi?
For data entry in Punjabi, please follow the following steps :
1. Type the following URL in the address bar of your browser google.com/inputtools/windows
2. On the displayed page, check “Punjabi” language option and “Terms of Service and Privacy Policy” checkbox and click on “Download” button,

3. Click “Save File” when prompted as shown below.
4. Double click the downloaded file “InpuToolsSetup.exe”
5. Click on “Run” when prompted as shown in the figure.

6. Open the control panel and click on the “Region and Languages”.
7. Now click on the “Keyboards and Languages” tab.
8. Now, click on the “Change Keyboards” tab.

9. Now Click on the “Language Bar” tab.
10. Select “Docked in the taskbar” radio button and click “Apply” button.

11. English and Punjabi both the fonts will be visible in your taskbar.
12. You can easily change your keyboard by just selecting the language from the taskbar as shown below.
