Online Registration :
Instructions :
** Make sure all the scanned copies of the required documents and photo image(s) to be uploaded are ready in proper size.

** All the Images should be in .jpg format and Photo should be between 30kb and 50kb and document should be between 50kb and 100kb.
** Once the form is submitted and application ID will be generated and thereafter no changes can be made. And you will be redirected to upload photos and documents.
** Take the printout form and keep the application ID for your future reference.
** Wait for verification and confirmation from ILP office/district.
** On successful verification an SMS alert will be sent to the applicant mobile number.
** Thereafter the applicant can make online payment from anywhere in the country or offline payment at Dimapur ILP office. The payment counter at all ILP office is connected online to the ILP Application and an SMS alert will be sent to applicant who is making offline payment.
The operation is more or less like the payment made to mobile operator retail shop for recharge coupon.
** Documents of both applicant and guarantor is required for non-provisional applicant and for provisional applicant only the document of the applicant is sufficient.
a. For mandatory online ID proof : Pan Card/Aadhaar Card/Voter ID.
b. For mandatory online address proof : Aadhaar Card /Voter ID.
c. Non mandatory online ID proof :Passport, Driver’s License, Ration Card, Bank Pass Book, Permanent Residential Certificate
d. Non mandatory online address proof :Passport, Driver’s License, Ration Card, Bank Pass Book, Permanent Residential Certificate
For provisional ILP : Guarantor not required. Validity 30 days.

( N.B: Every document will have to be submitted online and the only exception will be offline payment at any ILP office which is also connected through online process ).

The Inner Line Permit (ILP) Regulation Act (Section III of the Bengal Eastern Frontier Regulation Act of 1873) is in operation in the Naga Hill district(Present Nagaland state) since 1873.
It has been promulgated to safeguard the identity and the very existence of the indigenous people of Nagaland from exploitation by outsiders.
