How To Register Agency At CPSMS Portal?
Please ensure that following information is available with you before initiating

Registration on PFMS Portal :
1. Registration Number in case of NGOs, Registered Societies, Trusts, companies, cooperative societies.
2. The Act/Govt. Order/Registration number through which you organization was registered (in case of Statutory Bodies, PSUs, State PSUs).
3. Agency Name is the name of your organization. Please keep ready full name of your organization. Do not use abbreviations. (The name in PFMS and in Bank Account Should be identical)
4. City is the town/city where the organization is located.
5. Keep ready TIN/TAN/PAN (as applicable) before starting registration.
6. Unique Agency Code : Unique Agency code is the code given to your organization.This is auto generated by Public Financial Management System(PFMS).
The Unique code will be sent to your registered email ID and will also be displayed on the top of registration screen after submitting your details.Please keep the unique code with you for all future reference.
7. Please provide a valid mobile number which will be used to receive login credentials and customized SMS from PFMS.
8. Please ensure that authentic E-mail ID is available at the time of registration and same is filled in. The user ID and Password will be sent on the E-mail ID registered in the System.
9. Please keep ready the following information:
** Scheme Name (The Scheme under which funds will be received by you.In case of any doubt please contact the concerned Ministry/Funding Agency).
** Details of Funding Agency
** Bank Name.
** Branch details.
** Bank A/C Number (Please ensure that you have complete Bank A/C number as per you passbook,do not ignore the leading zeros).
10. Please try to follow the scheme guidelines, and where ever mentioned, please provide the scheme specific Bank A/C Number in this system.
Instructions :
All fields are mandatory. Please contact the concerned person in Ministry/Department from where funds are being released to you for necessary approval. In case any mandatory information is not available with you or registration please contract the concerned Ministry/Department.
Unique Agency code is required for Agency communication with Program Division. This will be Agency Identity in system. Unique Code will be required for generating sanction ID, which is mandatory for release of funds to agency.

18. Enter Contact Person
19. Select Designation
20. Enter Phone No – Alternate Phone Number(Phone Number Starting with Country Code). Maximum Phone number 10 digits excluding Country Code
21. Enter Mobile number – (Mobile No. starting with Country Code)
22. Enter Email
23. Enter Unique Agency Code (Unique Agency Code minimum 4 and maximum 15 characters.)
FAQ On CPSMS Agency Registration
1. The Implementing Agency have a account with a bank that is not integrated with PFMS. How to make payments using this Account?
You cant as the Bank is not integrated with PFMS. Suggest Agency to open account in a Bank Integrated with PFMS.
2. Where Do I get list of Banks that are Integrated with PFMS ?
” Click the link , You may view the list of Banks integrated with PFMS from Home Page>User Support> Bank Account Validation Time “.
3. I have registered my agency from home page of PFMS. Who will approve my agency ? And How to know whether my agency has got approved or not ?

4. Can I create multiple maker/checker users for my agency ?
Yes.
5. I have registered my agency for one scheme and Now I want to add one more schemes. What is the process for the same ?
After login go to My Scheme>Register New Scheme.
6. Can I register my agency with Account in India Post ?
Yes.
7. Can I use same bank account for multiple Schemes ?
Yes, One Agency & Multiple Schemes Allowed.
How to get the login credential of my registered agency if it is not available to register for the new scheme.
