Procedure For Get New Electricity Connection :
In order to get a new electricity connection, Applicant needs to submit the following documents
** Application form.
** One passport size photograph.

** Residence Proof ( Rashan Card, PAN Card, Driving License etc.. )
** In case of Urban area..
** –Photocopy of House Registry, House Tax / Copy of Assessment from MC.
** In Case of Rural area..
** –Certificate by Sarpanch in which it is mentioned that House is in Lal Dora.
** One witness ( which is already a consumer of UHBVN ).
** One passport size photo of witness.
** One photocopy of electricity bill which is in the name of witness.
List of documents to be attached with A&A Form ( ifrequired, Specimen of indemnity bond and available at SDO Office) :
** Copy of registration deed/Municipal or Panchayat House- Tax Assessment Notice/ Allotment letter by HUDA/HSIDC/ Housing Board/ Group Housing Societies/Lease Deed/Receipt of rent paid (Any one of the Document).
** Consent of landlord or indemnity Bond if consent oflandlord not available. In case of tenant seeking connection.
** for NDS connection, General power of attorney ‘n favor of signatory, in case of joint ownership & partnership firms; Certified truecopy of the resolution, authorizing the signatory to deal with the UHBVN, passed by the Board of Directors, in case of companies (as applicable)
** for NDS connections, self attested photocopy of thepartnership deed in case of partnership firms/Memorandum & article of article of association in case of companies (as applicable)
** Attested copy of any one of documents listed at Sr.No.(8) of page-1 of the form
Instruction for Applicants :
** Application No. shall be allowed by the cashier at the time of receipt of Application processing charges.
** Please furnish installation Test report issued by licensed electrical wiring contractor, after completion of installation giving full details of load/ machinery
