1. What is Contract number? PSPCL has the most complex system of ePayment. C.A number is listed where on the bill? or on the meter or really shame on Punjab. How complex it is to pay your electricity bill? Last date has gone and even till now new bill hasn’t been updated online.

2. I have 10 digit account number on my bill. But PSPCL site, is asking for 12 digit account number. If I am adding 00 in starting then it is invalid number. When I tried to register my account number on SMS facility, then also got message:Registration Failed. Please check Contract Account Number.
