Instructions :
1. Login using User id and Password as used during VAT Return.
2. Download Zip File and Save.

3. Logout.
4. Unzip to get a folder containing a JAR file.

** User Manual
5. Fill up Form1A and click ‘Submit’ button to save entered Data. If all data is correctly enter ,the form will successfully create a XML file, else a partially filled XML will be generated, which can be opened and completed later using the .jar FORM 1A.
The XML file can be saved in your computer, Successful Submission will allow you to print the Form with your completed data.
6. If additional address, dealer or row is required to complete the form, use the add address, add partner or add row respectively.
7. Old Users need to submit his/her BANK DETAILS which is already registered. If change is needed contact Deputy Director, PPU,Beliaghata.
8. Login to upload the XML file .
9. If any error message is shown correct it and reupload the XMLfile
10. Successful Submission will generate the Form1A Acknowledgement No and Acknowledgement Slip of Form1A.
11. Print the Acknowledgement of Form 1A submit it with your other hard copy .
Instruction to submit hard copy :
1. Signed copy of Acknowledgement FORM 1A.
2. Self Attested copy of Challans .
3. Self Attested copy of Return.
4. Signed Statement.
‘Online application’ and Hard copy of ‘IPAS claim Application’ should be made and submit within(four) months of the last date of IPAS claiming Quarter.

1. How To Get User-Id And Password After Getting New Registration?
Dealer himself has to create user-id and password through the link given in the website as Generate of User-id providing registration no, pan no and the mail-id recorded in database.
2. How To Know The User-Id Only?
In case the dealer forgets or loses his user-id, the dealer himself can know his user-id through the link given in the website as Generate of User-id providing registration no, pan no and the mail-id recorded in database.
3. How To Change Password ?
There are two options to change the password :
i) Through Change password link only available after login : dealer can change his password after successful login through the link provided at top left side of the screen appeared.
ii) Using forget password link available in the normal login screen : dealer can change his password through this link himself providing hint question and the answer. On successful matching system will sent a temporary password along with assigned user-id to the mail-id recorded in database.
4. How To Get User-Id And Password- In Case It Is Forgotten Or Lost?
Dealers are requested to approach his Charge/Group Officer and apply for “resetting” his password along with an undertaking that he would be responsible for any action arising out of the use of such reset password.
When the Charge Group Officer is satisfied about the bona fide of the application, the Charge/Group Officer would write an email to the Helpdesk at <cthelpdeskwb [AT] nic.in> for resetting the password. Accordingly dealer will get the Temporary Password to the mail-id mentioned.

Circles – State of West Bengal is divided into 16 Circles. A Circle is headed a Sr. Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes. He is supported by other Sr. Joint Commissioners and Joint Commissioners. They exercise administrative, appellate and revisional jurisdiction over the Charges under the Circles.
Charges – A Charge is the unit office. There are 67 Charges in West Bengal. Usually a Charge is headed by an Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes. He is assisted by Deputy Commissioners, Commercial Tax Officers and Assistant Commercial Tax Officers.
