Check Application Status :
HELP – This page facilitates display of student profile, uploaded document details and status track record. You have to select academic year and applicant id of student and click on display details button.

1. Enter your Applicant Id
2. Select Academic Year
3. Click on the Display details button
New User Registration :
Click on the “Citizen Registration” button to open the user registration page.
** Provide all the basic and mandatory Information as “Full Name, Login ID, Email ID, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, ID Proof, Security questions & security Answers, Address, District, Tehsil, Village, Post Office”
** You need to also confirm that the information filled is correct, by checking the check box provided.
** Press “Submit Registration Form” button. (Image-2, 3 ,4)
** After Submitting, users will get the Acknowledgement which reveals that an email has been sent to the registered email address of the user and it is mandatory to click on the link (mentioned in the email) in order to verify the email address before user can use his/her account.
Special Information :
(a) To submit application for scholarship for the academic session of the year 2016-17, click on the link given to the website of the Social Justice and Empowerment, Rajasthan Government website sje.rajasthan.gov.in. This feature has been turned off at RAJPMS.NIC.IN.
(b) For the academic session 2014-15, the process of forwarding the applications to the district offices from the level of educational institutions has been closed.
Now the academic institutions will only be able to forward the applications submitted by students to the concerned District Offices for the year 2015-16 only.
Note :
To get information about the portal, first contact your college. Training has been given to him about the portal If there is no solution from there, contact your district office on the telephone and you will find their number on the Contact us menu
District offices can be contacted only on office hours (from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm) on state working days Finally contact the state-level help desk at its number 0141-2226636 It can be contacted at office hours (from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm) on state working days
The department will not be responsible for getting the wrong information when contacted on any other number.
To get information about the portal, contact the District Office first to get the information about the portal, request the district office to contact the help desk located at headquarters only if there is no solution from there.
IMPORTANT : Please Update Your UID (AADHAR Number) and BID (Bhamashah ID) on portal. Institutes can also Update UID and BID of their Students.
