Register Complaint :

Grievance is an Online Complaints Management System to manage IT related problems.
** Register calls and get a Token Number.

SMS Gateway :
The SMS Gateway is being used by the Government departments and agencies to send SMS notifications or updates to citizens and businesses. For availing this service, the department / agency needs to have an account with MahaOnline Mobile Seva.

This service is available only to government departments and agencies in the state of Maharashtra.

At present, departments such as Sugar Commissionerate, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Public Health, Primary Health Centre Program, School Health Program, Water Tracking Tracker System are using SMS Gateway.

1. Sugar Commissionerate, Pune :
Simplify the process of collecting data from factories on daily basis. An application has been developed in which Sugar factories send an SMS in pre-defined format containing values of various parameters to a fixed short-code. This is registered in database & MIS report is generated.

Key benefit of SMS service :
** Reduced time in compilation of Daily & Till Date crushing & Sugar Production report in various forms .
** Reduced effort required in collecting data from factories.

** Minimal manual intervention, no calculations involved ensuring Error-free operation.
** Report readily uploaded to website & can be accessed from anywhere through internet.
** Helps Government in analysing Sugar Production with demand in Domestic market.

Water Tracking Tracker System, GoM :
Sangali, Nanded & Jalgaon district ZP office sends an alert SMS to group of villagers while despatching the water tanker to the drought infected villages. This alerts villagers of Gram-Panchayat about the quantity of water, date-time & tanker no dispatched
