FAQs :
1. My Radiotherapy institute is already licensed by AERB; do I have to submit Institute Registration form?
No, existing licensed Radiotherapy Institutes need not to submit Institute Registration form. They will be migrated to eLORA system and their eLORA account detail (USERNAME and PASSWORD) will be sent by AERB in a phase manner.

For releasing your licensed Radiotherapy institute, AERB need pre-registration data. If your institute is not released in eLORA and you have not submitted pre-registration data, then you need to submit pre-registration data to AERB for which template (in Excel file) is available on eLORA home page. An instruction to fill and send pre-registration data is available in the template.

2. I have submitted application for Radiation Professional registration; how to check status of submitted application?
Visit eLORA home page, click on ‘Application Status for Radiation Professional Registration’ for knowing the status of application for Radiation Professional Registration.

3. I forgot/not received my eLORA account username, how can I know my username?
Use ‘Forgot Username’ option available on eLORA home page to obtain your username on your registered email address. In the form for ‘Forgot Username’, ensure to provide your First name and Last name separately in its respective fields.

The fields for First name and Last name are case sensitive. After verification of detail, system will auto sent username on registered email address.

About Us :
eLORA (e-Licensing of Radiation Applications), an e-Governance initiative by AERB, is a web-based application for automation of regulatory processes for various Radiation Facilities in India.

The objective of the project is to enhance efficiency and transparency in the regulatory processes of AERB. The system is aimed at achieving paperless licensing of Radiation Facilities.

Institute Registration :
Institute Registration facilitates registration of institutes in the eLORA system. After successful registration, user account is created in eLORA. The Employer of institute gets USERNAME and PASSWORD for accessing eLORA system on the Email address as provided in application form.

Radiation Professional Registration :
A person working with radiation, whose role is defined in AERB’s safety codes, is termed as Radiation Professional (RP). All Radiation Professionals in India are required to register themselves in eLORA for their inclusion in Radiation Facility personnel.

Upon successful registration, they will be provided with a unique RP ID. This RP ID will be used by the RP in all further interactions with AERB and the employers.
