Lessee Registration :

** With this, Lessee Registration Form, details of a Lessee, to whom leases have been granted in districts of Madhya Pradesh, is being collected.

If the leases are granted to an individual, then the details (Name, Father/Husband Name, Address, PAN No) of the person concerned and if sanctioned to a firm/ Company then the details (Name, Propitor’s/Partner’s Name, Address, PAN No ) of the firm/ Company should be entered.

PAN No is mandatory in both the cases. The Pan Card Image being uploaded should be clear & readable.To Verify, the same check the image by Preview option.

** Details ( Name, Designation, Mobile No, Email ) of the Contact Person, who may be contacted for any clarification is also to be entered.
** District wise details of all the leases (PLs/ MLs/ QLs) sanctioned to an individual/ Firm/ Company should also be entered.

The details of the Lessee and sanctioned leases will be cross checked/ matched with the record avaiable with MRD and a login will be sent to Lessee. In case of any discrepancy, NO login will be issued. The lessee is requested to submit the correct details.
