Automated Layout Process Approval and Scrutiny System is an ambitious project under Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP). DTCP is implementing ALPASS for district official to develop a decision support system for Layout/Planning permission and Landuse Information.

How to validate Digital Signature :
Following are the Steps for Validate of Digital Signature on letter & Map :
Step-1 : Open downloads Case File No.
Step-2 : Double click on Question mark
Step-3 : Signature Validation Status box will open Click on Signature Propeties
Step-4 : Signature Properties Box will open then Click on Show Certificate
Step-5 : Show Certificate Box will open then Click on Trust Tab
Step-6 : Click on Add to Trusted Identities
Step-7 : Tick on all check boxes, then OK
Step-8 : Again Click on Validate Signature.
Step-9 : Above steps follow on Digital map Signature validation.

Disclaimer :
1. Though every precaution been taken for preparation of this map ,but for every legal requirement/authentication of the land use,the concerned maps available and rectified by ground verification with district office shall be final.

2. There may be inaccuracy due to unavailability errors in digitization of khasra maps for existing land use.

3. Town and country planning department is entrusted with allocation of land uses.The ownership of khasra maps lies with the revenue department.Hence the land uses shall be validated only on certified revenue maps with reference to their geographical location.
