1. Go to Official website
2. Click on Citizen Services.
3. Click on Airtel Service under Bill Payment options.

4. Enter your Account number or Phone number and click on View Bill.
5. Enter the amount you want to pay and click on Pay By Card.
6. Select the mode of payment, Say Credit Card and click on Go.

2. How to pay Electricity Bill through MPOnline by Credit Card?
1. Go to Official website.
2. Click on Citizen Services.
3. Click on Electricity Bill Payment and select your circle.
4. Enter your IVRS number and click on submit.

5. Enter the amount you want to pay and click on pay by card, In case of Bill payment after due date you have to select the advance payment check box.
6. Select the mode of payment, click on Go and Confirm Payment.
7. Fill all the details and click on Pay.Click to More Details

3. What are the services available on MPOnline?

4. What are the modes of payment?
There are 3 modes of payment.
1. Payment can be done through Kiosk, Kiosk is an authorized agent of MPOnline who can make payment on citizens behalf and citizen has to pay cash to the Kiosk.

2. Payment can be done through Credit Card Facility.
