PG Portal Grievance Redress Mechanism
PG Portal Grievance Redress Mechanism is part and parcel of the machinery of any administration. No administration can claim to be accountable, responsive and user-friendly unless it has established an efficient and effective grievance redress mechanism.
In fact, the grievance redress mechanism of an organization is the gauge to measure its efficiency and effectiveness as it provides important feedback on the working of the administration.
Structure Of Grievance Redress Machinery At Apex Level :
The grievances of public are received at various points in the Government of India .There are primarily two designated nodal agencies in the Central Government handling these grievances.
These agencies are :-
** Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions
** Directorate of Public Grievances, Cabinet Secretariat
Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances
Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances is the nodal agency in respect of policy initiatives on public grievances redress mechanism and citizen centric initiatives.
The role of Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances consists primarily to undertake such citizen-centric initiatives in the fields of administration reforms and public grievances in the Government so as to enable the Government machinery to deliver quality public services to the citizen in a hassle-free manner and eliminate the causes of grievance.
About Us:
The Department of Administrative Reforms And Public Grievances is the nodal agency to formulate policy guidelines for citizen-centric governance in the country. Redress of citizens’ grievances , being one of the most important initiatives of the department, DAR&PG formulates public grievance redress mechanisms for effective and timely redress / settlement of citizens’ grievances.
The DAR&PG has been making endeavors to bring excellence in public service delivery and to redress grievances of citizens in a meaningful manner by effectively coordinating with different Ministries and Departments of the Government and trying to eliminate the causes of grievances.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) On PG Portal Public Grievances
1. How do I lodge the grievance?
In cases where internet facility is not available or even otherwise, the citizen is free to send her/his grievance by Post. There is no prescribed format. The grievance may be written on any plain sheet of paper or on a Postcard / Inland letter and addressed to the Department.
2. What happens when I lodge the grievance?
The grievance is acknowledged online or by post. A unique registration number is given to each grievance.
3. How do I track my grievance?
It may be tracked on the pgportal by clicking view status and entering the unique registration number
4. What happens to the grievances? How are the grievances dealt with in Central Ministries/Departments?
Every Central Ministry / Department has designated a Joint Secretary or a Director / Deputy Secretary, as its ‘Director of Grievances’. He / She is the nodal officer for redress of grievances on work areas allocated to that particular Ministry / Department.

1. A grievance amount is being sanctioned by the External Affairs and the same is also under forwarding stage in DEABD/E/2017/34615. But, till now, I am unable to get any further information from the DFS. Due to some technical problems, I am also unable to get the websites of PG PORTAL and the fault complaint is also brought to the DFS consideration. Since the faults are not rectified, I am also unable to get any further movement from the PG PORTAL. Hence, I pray your goodself to kindly consider my position sympathetically and thus help me to know the status of my Grievance issue and also humbly request you to help me to visit their websites without any obstacles.
2. One should feel pity on poor Government. No system can work except corruption. No sooner you lodge a complaint next day message would follow that your complaint has been resolved. If any query ring up to 1500 or customer care. If you call 1500 it would say please lodge another complain and customer care would say ” wait for a while. Our customer care officer is busy. Keep patience etc. Whom to blame? No telephone would be sufficient for BSNL because no one feels that it needs to be attended. Take example of any Ministry. All are either / both sides of the coin.
3. I hereby want to state that I haven’t received any scholarship under UDAAN scheme which was initiated by HRD department. As I am eligible for the scholarship as per guidelines of UDAAN programme scholarship, but still I haven’t received any scholarship. My father is not financially good. Kindly please help me to pursue my dreams in my engineering line by providing scholarship. From last one year I haven’t received any reply to emails by CBSE. Kindly look after this matter.
4. This is regarding Non-Deposit of Tax-Revenue Amount in Old Currency Notes in bank. The Govt. of Assam has declared that all Municipal Corporation,Municipal Board and Town Committee of the state of Assam can accept old Currency Notes of 500 & 1000 against tax payment up to 24th November/2016. But the UCO bank, Sonari Branch has denied to accept old currency Notes after a certain limit of deposit. In this connection I would like to inform you that as Local Body the collection of Tax & Fees has not any certain limit. As a result the undersigned has suffering tremendous difficulties on deposit of collected Tax & Fees amount in old currency notes. Therefore I would like to request you to take necessary action from your end so that the undersigned can deposit all the collected tax amount in the bank.

Online Grievance Registration:
The PG Portal provides an online platform for citizens to register their grievances related to various government departments and agencies.
Tracking of Grievances:
The portal provides an option to track the status of the grievances registered by the citizens. The tracking mechanism provides regular updates on the status of the grievances, and the system sends notifications to the complainants on the progress of their complaints.
Quick Resolution:
The PG Portal aims to resolve the grievances of citizens within a stipulated time frame. The time frame for the redressal of grievances is fixed depending on the nature and complexity of the complaint.
The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi Saheb, there has been a lot of illegal construction in the city of Porbandar. Whose complaint has been made several times. Even in the Gujarat government, this complaint has been made by the Collector himself since 2014 but the government does not pay attention to this matter. The town planning committee of Porbandar Shadow Municipality gives e-legal permission. Does not obey the Collector’s order. Because of this the Chief Officer cannot follow the order of the Collector. The town planning committee of Porbandar Chhaya Nagarpalika belongs to Bharatiya Janata Party. I request you to stop this e-legal permission. Instruct the government to act in accordance with the law. This e-legal permission has caused a lot of corruption. So take action against the town planning committee of this Porbandar shadow municipality and instruct the public not to work. Remove all eligible construction in the city. There has been a lot of illegal construction. There is a lot of corruption. My complaint no.PMOPG/D/2019/0360440 DT.25-09-19 IS UNREPLIED TILL TODAY.SO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER & OBLIGE ME.
I have forwarded an application dated 03rd July 2019 registered in CPGRAM vide Registration Number PMOPG/D/2019/0245782 of 17th July 2019 with PM Office and forwarded to Rajasthan Government on 17 July 2019, but still no response received from Deputy Director, Room No 8129, Ist Floor, North Western Bhawan Secretriat Jaipur Pin 322005 (Rajasthan). Kindly look in to the matter personally by issue necessary direction being property of serving soldier to Tehsildar RENI District-Alwar for remove encroachment and construction of compound safety wall under intimation to applicant on priority basis due to site is very dangerous please.
Complaint registration number PMOPG/D/2019/0041515 and GOVAS/E/2019/00221. It seems that follow up action is not proper, both the complaints are related to medical affairs pertaining to Government of Assam. The ministry of health, Assam is not looking into the matter sincerely. Please take up the matter for an immediate action.
Kindly to connect my PGPORTAL Register Number OPPW/P/2018/05532 DATED31-08-2018; PRSEC /E/2018/17766; PMOPG/E/2018/0364259 AND SCORES OF LETTERS sent TO THE Director General, RPF; CRB and others of the Ministry of Railways with copies to all concerned like, DoP&T, the Hon’ble MR,MoSR,CBI,CVC,Railway/Zonal CVO;Railways FC found to have not even perused. But, ironical or otherwise, just to send some reply and keep the case under replied and closed the case/ no tendency module, the Railway Board,RPf have followed very tactical methods, like:
1) My case considered for promotion , since retired no actual promotion can be given;
2) there is no provision under which such ( deemed Promotion to next rank,pay) can be granted;
3) DoP&T, OM dated 12-10-1998 clearly states that the provision to include the names of retire employees in the Panel(s) is considered imperative only to identify the correct zone of consideration for the relevant year(s), but such retired officials would, however, have no right for actual promotion;4) You are not Party/ Petitioner to the Writ Petition and hence your request cannot be considered and so on.
The Railway Board,RPF are in fact forgotten or otherwise does not want to take the Railway Board Notification Orders for issue of Orders under DEEMED PROMOTION TO GET PENSION BENEFITS WITHOUT ARREARS at par with their juniors as per seniority before superannuation only to get pension fixation benefits and NOT actual promotion and no arrears to be paid- VERY CLEARLY STIPULATED IN ITS IREM-PARA No. 228, WHICH THEY HAVE NOT IMPLEMENTING. This IREM Para-228 has been upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in several cases and the Railway Board also incorporated the Judgment Orders in their Notifications. Same is being denied to me.
Yet, in another instance, the Railway Board, RPF have issued deemed promotion Orders to all the retired DSCs and above rank officers of RPF, including the retirees who never approached the Railway Board with their Representation and the same Orders were extended to all the retirees-DSCs,etc, who were also not Party/Petitioners in the Writ Petition filed by Bhupathy @ B.Mohan in the Hon’ble High Court, Kolkata. The SLP filed was dismissed and Railway Board, RPF issued next higher rank promotion scale pay, Grade pay to all the retired RPf Officers.
V. Seshadri, ASC, Retired also cited all the above matters along with other on record matters and requesting the Railway Board,RPF to consider his case at par with other retired RPF Officers by applying the same Principles and Rules as was applied to them,which include the IREM-Para228, since the DPCs were held in later years on account of Administration Delays and his name has been found FIT in the Empaneled List of the DPC held in 2008.
The DoP&T had also issued clarification Notification, Order for issuance of DEEMED PROMOTION ORDERS TO THE RETIREES IF THE DPCs WERE HELD IN LATER YEARS AFTER THE RETIREMENT OF THE EMPLOEES TO GET PENSION FIXATION BENEFITS AT PAR WITH THEIR JUNIORS…
The Railway Board, RPF in particular found to have not interested to issue DEEMED PROMOTION ORDERS TO ME even when they have accepted on record that they could not hold regular DPCs for all thee years on account of reasons beyond control.
They have also stated that in the DPC held on 18-10-2008, V.Seshadri ( AD HOC ASC since 2002) had been empaneled against a UR vacancy of the year 2005, since he had ceased to be in service as on 21-10-2008 ( the date on which DPC empaneled names were given effect to by the Railway Board through a Notification), having retired from service on 31-08-2006, accordingly he not actually promoted

कभी बुरा व्यवहार टीचर्स का तो टीचर को समझाने की बजाए स्टूडेंट्स को बुरी तरिके से डराया जाना
टीचर का लड़की को अपनी पत्नी कहकर बार बार परेशान करना फिर वंहा के टीचर का उस लड़की को ही परेशान करना और भी लड़के उसके पीछे लगाना कैसा ये इंस्टिट्यूट?

1. बेसिक सीखा रहे एडवांस्ड सिखने का वादा कर महंगी फीस लूटना और टोपर पर ड़याँ दे दूसरे सब स्टूडेंट्स को पागल बनाना ,टाइम न देना ,उससे फीस लेकर उसको ना मोटीवेट करना क्यूंकि वो तो आपके लिए बेकार है बस फीस लेना टाइम पर और फाइने लगना िंह प्राइवेट इंस्टीटूएस का अधिकार है ? वजी अपने ap -tech प्रमाणित इंस्टिट्यूट जोकि iso सर्टिफाइड होते भी अपना सर्टिफिकेट फॉरेन में चलने की वादा देता और स्टूडेंट्स का करियर खराब करता
2. वादे के अनुसार कोई भी स्टडी से लेकर कोई भी किसी भी तरिके की प्लेसमेंट ना देना
3. वंहा कोई भी अलग से एनीमेशन ,मल्टीमीडिया और भी सब का अलग से अलग केबिन न होकर सब को भीड़ में एक ही लैब में टीचिंग देना ,जगह देना क्या ये महँगी फीस इसलिए दी जाती
4. wifi आदि बेसिक सुविधा तक न देना और खुद को ब्रांडेड इंस्टुटें पता नई क्या झूठी बड़ाई करना
5. क्लॉस के बाद और किसी भी इंस्टिट्यूट की तरह जो एनीमेशन के है उनको नीचा दिखाना पर क्या उनकी तरह भी क्या क्लास के बाद प्रैक्टिकल के लिए 1 -2 हॉर्स की क्लास दी जाती नहीं फिर दुसरो से ज्यादा फीस किस बात की
6. क्लास में 20 -30 स्टूडेंट्स का होना क्या ये थेओरटिकल क्लास जो इतने स्टूडेंट्स को पड़ाते फिर बाद में टाइम न देकर स्टूडेंट्स को टालते उनका करियर खराब करते
7. क्लास पे क्लास फिर स्टूडेंट्स कुछ अपनी क्लास की क्वेरी लेकर जाए तो उनका कसूर है या हमारा की वो हमे टाइम ना दे पाते किसका कसूर जो पैसे लूटने की चाहत में स्टूडेंट्स को टाइम
न देकर रात तक कभी कई दिनों तक एक क्वेरी को लेकर इंतज़ार करवाते
8. फिर सर्टिफिकेट भी नहीं देना कोर्स का
9. टाइम पर कोर्सेज पूरा न करवाना फिर जो स्टूडेंट्स का रहने -खाने पर नुक्सान होता उसका कसूर वार कौन?
10. प्लेसमेंट्स न करवाना समय पर जॉब न दिलाना किसका कसूर
11. बेसिक स्टडी से इंटरव्यू पास लेकिन इतनी बेकार स्टडी से स्टूडेंट्स का वंहा टिक न पाना फिर स्टूडेंट्स या वंहा के एनवायरनमेंट का कसूर निकला इसका जिम्मेदार कौन ?
12. पर ये कोर्स 960 रुपया कंही जगह ये सब कोर्सेज फ्री लेकिन इंस्टीटुए में एडमिशन, टीचर्स के सपोर्ट पाने के लिए, सॉफ्टवेयर-प्लग-इन और टाइम पर सॉफ्टवेयर इंस्टाल करदे वंहा के इंस्टिट्यूट
समय पर सॉफ्टवेयर के ड्राइवर इनस्टॉल और विंडो आदि कर कंप्यूटर-लैपटॉप सॉफ्टवेयर चलाने के लिए ये इंस्टिट्यूट हैल्प कर उसको इस काम का बना दे लेकिन एक चलते सुपर फ़ास्ट लैपटॉप को बेकार उस स्टूडेंट्स को पागल कह कर टालना या बुद्दू बंनाना ये सब क्या हमारे ही कसूर इन सबका कसुर वर कौन ? अब इसमें क्या उस स्टूडेंट्स ,लड़की का ये सहना सही होगा या कार्येवहि कर उन्हें सजा दिलाना?

Sweta Gautam, the partner of above named persons is already involved in another fraud case number 407/18 registered at Hariparwat police station, Agra. they are helping to each other by taking bail and Perokari.

No one realise that country is before them not vice versa. Even the wave side allocated for centralise grievances cell also sleeps for many hours in a day. Where to call and whom to blame. Only customers are at fault because they make complaint and carry on complaining till fault is rectified but it hardly happens. Better late than never proverb required modification / alteration for our country. It should be never late than never at least for time being. God may help the Ministries and Govt machinery.

We have many primary school at District Bankura and Purulia ,but they are not recognized by the Local government to progress their activities due to poorness and fundless. They do not have any sufficient fund to distribute the food, clothes and study materials among the people. We were connected with the rural area and get in touch with such people. The organization has support these people and help as per economic capacity among the people donate our society book, cloth study materials last five years.
We are hardly requested to your concern. Kindly help the school teacher and student also. I try to gave the steepen and salary month by month.

With due regards, it is to submit that I retired on 30.09.2015 without pensionery benefits which released in the month of February, 2016 at reduced grade pay of Rs.4800, while Sr EA and SR. Technician, whose service is lesser than me, getting pensionary benefits at grade pay of Rs.5400 and Rs.4800. I fail to understand to see such exercise of power by the Department which is not giving reply to my representation dated 11.12.2015 and 11.11.2015. As the Pay & Accounts Officer did not pay attention throughout my service regarding the objection, if any, in my Service Book and after the retirement, he came and woke up and raised objection as well reduced my Grade pay from Rs.5400 PB-2 to Rs.4800, PB-2. While every year, he remains in touch of the pay of a govt. servant. Besides it, Pay and Accounts Officer is reducing the pay in respect of retired/ retiree and not doing any reduction in respect of those who is in service which is totally wrong. The issue of Pension payment order at reduced grade pay of Rs. 4800/- in my case, while I drew salary at Grade pay of Rs. 5400 for the month of September, 2015-as retirement month, is not justified. Therefore I request you to take action against Pay and Accounts Officer DDK Delhi, as he scolded to Doordarshan Kendra, Agra to release pensionary benefits on reduced Grade pay of Rs. 4800 after re-fixing pay after retirement and thus disobeyed the Govt.Order No. PB-4(4)/2014-Admn/,Dated 02.12.2015 issued by ADG(B&A),which was a warning to all Pay and Accounts Officers of AIR and Doordarshan due to wrong exercise of power.
I therefore, request you to take action against the Pay and Accounts Officer and release the pensionary benefits on the basis of my Grade Pay of Rs. 5400, PB-3 as per eligibility with effect from the date, 1.1.2006 in compliance of 6TH Pay Commission due to completion of 4 years service in AE cadre as on dated 01.01.2006.

This is regarding Non-Deposit of Tax-Revenue Amount in Old Currency Notes in bank. The Govt. of Assam has declared that all Municipal Corporation,Municipal Board and Town Committee of the state of Assam can accept old Currency Notes of 500 & 1000 against tax payment up to 24th November/2016. But the UCO bank, Sonari Branch has denied to accept old currency Notes after a certain limit of deposit. In this connection I would like to inform you that as Local Body the collection of Tax & Fees has not any certain limit. As a result the undersigned has suffering tremendous difficulties on deposit of collected Tax & Fees amount in old currency notes. Therefore I would like to request you to take necessary action from your end so that the undersigned can deposit all the collected tax amount in the bank.

I file a complaint no pmopg/e/2016/0401945 but no result get delivered.
4 months AGO , a grievance NO PMOPG/D/2016/0190603 was registered by the office of honorable Prime Minister. The said grievances after getting transferred from place to place,was finally sent to the Pay and Accounts Officer, All India Radio, New Delhi for the examination as well as a reply was sent simultaneously that said grievances has been disposed off.
Since the complaint was lodged against Pay and Accounts Officer to whom the grievance is transferred finally and thus neither the reply is sent , nor it appears that proper examination would be made by PMO office also. It seems that corruption has reached on peak level due to which grievances are not being monitored carefully by the PMO office also.

I had submitted a request to PMO for review/revision of TERMS & CONDITIONS of REVERSE MORTGAGE LOAN program of PSU banks vide ref: PMOPG/E/2016/0353487 dated 18th Sept 2016. Your office replied that the subject is handled by RESERVE BANK OF INDIA and forwarded my request to concerned officer on 22nd Sept 2016.
Since I did not get any reply from the concerned officer of RBI, I reminded the officer. I have received reply from the RBI officer, that this subject is handled by NATIONAL HOUSING BANK and says that I should take up the subject with them. The designated officer’s address is not mentioned in the reply.
I am now confused as the PMO’s office is wrong or RBI? Please elaborate on the status of my query and try to resolve the problem at an early date.
Sir, I am retired subedar completed 30 years of service. At the out set I convey my regards for implementation of OROP. Now my point is about 7th pay commission implementation which promulgated wef 01 Jan 2016 to the serving personnel after calculation of 2.57 percentage.
Whereas for the ex-servicemen the ratio of 2.57 so far not implemented, if not as per existing procedure once the pay commission concluded the DA to be merged in to basic pension, which also not so far been carried out.
Please clarify and request to implement the merge of DA 125% to basic pension wef 01 Jan 2016 and payment of arrears arriving to that effect please.

I am retired person from AIR , Ministry of I & B, New Delhi. I am inviting your kind attention towards the matter of irregularities/ corruption and misuse of public funds under Parsar Bharti by key post officers cumming on deputation as well as raw hand officers deployed for looking after the administration work and management work under Parsar Bharti, which was constituted in year 1990 but has lost its existence. It is just a name-sake organization where officers come on deputation, do the wrongful activities and leave the organization after the completion of their tenure without facing the punishment.
Being no regular staffs, there is no responsibility and accountability on the part of such hired officers. They do whatever,they like and thus wastage of the Public fund in different manners, be it either of a foreign tour, or making public relation but all are being done at the cost of public fund and thus there is the wastage of money just like flow of water in a river. The funds is under control of Parsar Bharati and key post authorities, have no matter at all to misuse to it by hook or crooks.An example is the order issued by ADG(B&A), Parsar Bharati just hiring of an advocate for the persuasion of courts cases and the fee is of Rs.25,00,000/-( Rupees twenty five laces).
The amount is booked under Account No. 11084239041, Br. Code 691 as per Order No. PB/B-1011/7(2)/AIR/2016/RELEASE/121, Dated 21.1.2016. It is a matter of imagination how a huge amount is being wasted by Department towards the court fee in respect of a single advocate and this is the reason , the key post officers are involved into unlawful activities in the staff matters and thereby increase in court cases by the staffs and simultaneously hiring of number of advocates by both sides.
The organization is under the supervision of raw handed key post officers Chief Executive Officer, Director Generals, Additional Director Generals, Members, Managers, Directors etc,who are only to run the organization administratively and with best management but their efficiency, capability , responsibility, accountability is too poor but even than they get timely promotion, incentives etc. So far as the concern of administration, they are incapable and inefficient, unaccountable to peruse the court cases at their level and hire the advocates.
The main reason of hiring the advocates, is to protect themselves from the punishment of the court through advocates ,while unlawful activities is made by them.Since, there was no such practice to hire advocate in the past and started after, when the Parsar Bharati came in force. If numbers of advocates are hired in this way at the cost of Rs. 2500000/- per an advocate, then there would be an huge expenditure of amounts and perhaps into crore and crores , then how to possible to bring an economy under Parsar Bharti.
It can be controlled by putting a ban after deploying an I.A.S officer along with some assistants in place of such incapable and irresponsible key post officers under Parsar Bharati, who find themselves to pursue the court cases at their levels.This would not only reduce the salary head, and advocate fees, but also create an hormonial relation between staffs and officers,as staffs is totally aggrieved with the mal-functioning of key post officers due to which court cases are being increased day by day.
I, therefore request you to look into the matter and make the scrutiny of such officers, whose efficiency are low and causing the huge loss to the country by misusing the public funds in the raw handed officers. It would not be out of place to mention that Parsar Bharti is under hand of such officers through their turn by turn promotion like Director General All India Radio, who once upon a time recruited a person like Shri Thodu Ram in Radio Kashmir Jammu, against the post, which reserved for Deaf, while Shri Thodu Ram was not a deaf person.
If such administrators are handed over the charge of Parsar Bharati, how it possible to bring efficiency. Better, it could have been confirmed from the EX-Director General, AIR ( Shri S.K. Kapoor) or Ex-Secretary (Shri Bhasker Ghosh), M/o I & B or the honorable Minister (Shri K.P. Singh Deb) M/o I & B New Delhi about the performance of present DG:AIR before appointing as DG:AIR as the Cadre Controlling Authority ) for which all records could be available in the department/ Ministry of I & B, New Delhi.

I have not been paid so far any arrear on account of ORP one rank one pension nor informed by my banker about my entitlement. we all should speak truth all the time under any circumstances without caring our good and bad interests. Truth is ‘GOD’ and Truth is supreme religion over the world. No religion activities could be compared even marginally if there is no truth.
People should not involve Prime Ministers (Public Grievances Redress Office) for very small and petty matters which carry no weight for an individual as well as state. Yes serious matters must be conveyed to the Highest Office of India.
One should expand his/her scope of thoughts, I.Q.level through knowledge, work for the welfare of others, and we should always make efforts for earning money by adopting one’ technical skills, working as passion providing quality of deliveries and in a service motto to the community but should not work only for the sake of earning money, ‘Goodwill’ is Must and that is only in Goodness.

On May 2014 booked a 1200 sq ft plot from SWO India Ltd New Delhi. They ear marked plot no. 91 and I paid my total amount of approx 08 lacks rupees by Dec 2014. According to pcda circular 555 para A and circular 557 para 12 table 7 basic pension of a mwo H f 0 of IAF having qualifying service 33 years and above basic pension Rs 16160/ per month . My PDA SBI sastrinagar Jodhpur paying me 16090/ Which is 70/Rs less. CPPC Chandani Chowch says it is correct. But per month I am loser of Rs 70 + DA. You are requested to take necessary action to pay my correct authorized pension.
I retired from IAF as (EX-JWO rank Last held) after serving 20 year 15 days and getting the pension of Sergeant Rank. But as per Para- 6 of PCDA Circular No. 551 dated 28.12.2015, I should get a pension of JWO rank i.e. (Rank last Held) w.e.f. 01.01.2006 but till date my pension has not been revised by my PDA. Grievance Description : Sir, I am authorized of Sri Venkateshwara Mech Engg Works located in Hyderabad city in Telangana state. It is a Small Scale industry (SSI). It was established in 1987 and is a well running industry at present. Our grievance is that we had applied for land for industrial expansion of this industry in 2006 at APIIC, zonal office Moula Ali. We requested to grant land at cherlapally. The application number is 8207 dated on 15-06-2006, but they are not granted. We want land at cherlapally area with value rated at 2006 as land cost has rised presently. We are dependent on vendors located at Cherlapally who are interested to give work to the industries nearby to them. So we are looking for a land in Cherlapally. Joshi Director Administration-II, Shri Ajaya Kumar k.p. Deputy Director Administration –Engineering and others in the Directorate of All India Radio in my presence but result was nothing except forwarding the matter to the next higher authority Chief Controller of Accounts ,Principal Accounts Office, Ministry of Information Broadcasting to seek advice regarding partially recovery in respect of Ms.Kamlesh Kumar Assistant Engineers of my office ,who retired on 31st March, 2015 and got all pensionary benefits without reducing pay and Shri Ranjeet Bhattachar Ji Assistant Engineer, who retired from P D Unit from Director General All India Radio. Since the matter was under consideration of DOPT and Principal Accounts Office, Ministry of Information Broadcasting could not take action also in my case. Now when DOPT took decision and issued Office Memorandum No. 18/03/2015-Estt.(pay-I), Dated 2nd, March, 2016 in the matter of recovery , Shri Raseed Abaas Ansari did not take action in my case in compliance of O.M under Sr. No. 4 (i), (ii) (iii) of the said O.M. wherein mentioned:
Para -4(i)- No recovery from employees who belonging to class –III IV employees.
Para -4(ii)-No recovery from employees,who are due to retire within one year, of the order of recovery.
Para -4(iii)-Recovery from employees, when the excess payment has been made for a period in excess of five years, before the order of recovery is issued.
Moreover, I have already mentioned the name of Deputy Director General A who involved in my Grievance against Serial No. 5 who involved in the conspiracy because Directorate of AIR has not only disobeyed to CAT’S stay( Annexure-19 of my O.A. No. 2793 regarding to pas an adverse order regarding reduction of pay after my retirement but also disobeyed to other DOPT O.M. No. 1/27/2011-PPW(E ), Dated 07/05/2014-“Simplification of Pension Scheme” wherein mentioned that recovery any or re-fixation of pay after retirement of a Govt. servant would be made on account of collecting authority letter from retired Govt. servant and assigning the authorization to the Pension Disbursing bank to make recovery of excess amount, in case made to retired. Under such situation the authority of Shri Raseed Abbas Ansari DDG-A regarding to consider the said grievance cannot bring any transparency in my case. As such, my case falls under category of retired / retiree employee as on dated 30.04.2015 which decided by DOP&T as per O.M. under Sr. NO. 4(ii) and hence, I request you to conduct a high level inquiry into the matter. The above said grievances dated 04/07/2016, 08/07/2016 and thereby reminder dated 07/08/2016,wherein I have mentioned that grievance is forwarded by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to the same authority, Raseed Abbas Ansari, Deputy Director General, A & Office of the Director General All India Radio,New Delhi, who is involved in the matter of conspiracy on account of his name mentioned against Sr. No. 5 under enclosure attached along with my grievance. Since, forwarding the grievance to said authority against whom grievance is lodged, is legitimately wrong and does not serve any subject matter of the transparency of the case. I sent the grievance to the honorable Prime Minister of India in the public interest on account of corruption but the grievance has been closed just on the basis that reply sent to the complainant or grievance holder by the officer who involved into conspiracy, instead initiating action by the Honorable Prime minister, is nothing but a formality,because there is a lot of difference between the Honorable Prime Minister and other ministry concerned of the grievance holder.
As such, being as a Prime Minister of India, the grievance was required to be sorted out at the level of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Modi ji, but instead taking action by the highness, it is forwarded to the same authority against whom grievance is made. Under such situation, if grievance remains unattended by the honorable Prime Minister, then no use to send the grievance to the honorable Prime Minister because it is just like a paper wasting and turning up the papers from one ministry to another.
I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter by the highness instead forwarding to the same authority ,who erring and accused as well as failed to find the decision before based on different representations.
Ours is a partnership firm of three women farmers from Khandwa (MP) which has set up a Rural Godown Project under Rural Godown Scheme of Govt of India Ministry of Agriculture New Delhi. Axis Bank Khandwa Branch had sanctioned a term loan of Rs. 260.00 lakhs on 01.08.2013. Subsidy claim was submitted to NABARD RO Bhopal which has been processed and queries were raised vide e-mail dated 03.09.2015 which stand replied on 28.10.2015/29.10.2015. Nabard has registered this case under S.No. RG-XII-R-1 and initially subsidy claim of Rs. 105.16 lakhs was lodged with Nabard which remains pending till today. There has been no processing of the claim in past one year and we are not aware of the status of the claim. Almost three years have elapsed from date of sanction of loan but we have not received even advance subsidy claim nor the present status is informed to the Bank or to us. Please take up the matter with NABARD RO BHOPAL to process the claim without further delay. We are paying heavy interest on subsidy portion also.

I have sent a letter to PM regarding Interest rate on deposits for Senior citizens. I got SMS on my mobile stating that my letter has been registered and the ref number is PMOPG/D/2016/01/87011.

I registered my grievance with PMO against IBA/Banks regarding anomalies in implementation of various provisions of Bank Employees Pension Regulations 1995. Even the PMO appears simply forwarding our grievance to IBA/Banks who are simply giving a stock reply and closing the case but are not really redressing my grievance. As per the court order gave my representation to competent authority CMD one month passed no reply Ms ANNA ROY in-charge of insurance sector is aware of facts but has taken no action being one of the board of director of the company and along with her other board of directors till date has not given the reply of my grievance. JSR infotech solution is a big fraud. They asked me money of 2100/- for registration. I paid the money On acc 135305500380 on DT 17-05-2016 through icici bank in d a/c of jsr infotech solution. Next they again ask for 6100/- for processing & I also pay that. Next day they again told me to pay rs 18000/- for giving me job in TCS on pay roll basis & I believe that & paid it to their a/c. Then next day again told me to pay 10000/- for a/c generation & I also paid that. & said me that they will give me appointment letter on that day but they will not give me. Now they are neither giving me job nor my money.
I want to refund my money. Please guide me & help me what to do.
I,am a female sr. citizen. I deposited part of my retirement benefit Rs.4.50 lakhs in MIS with post office.The monthly income of Rs.3000/- was deposited in R.D. account. Both the deposits have matured on 17 April 2016. Inspite of lodging my claim with the post office even till date they have not returned the maturity amount. I am made to shuttle the post office every day during the summer without any success to get my own hard earned money back in time. Who will pay me the interest? I am made to lose after the maturity period. The concerned official gives stock answer that the server is down. To me it appears that it is a deliberate attempt to make the citizen fall in line grease their palms to get our own hard earned savings.

As per LTC rule, 4(e)and 8 (a), 08 employee of SQAE(A) VARANGAON[ under Govt of India, Min of Def production & supplies] had availed LTC to visit J&K by converting home town LTC. Their home town and headquarter are at different places under different Gram Panchayat as well as different taluka. It is neither on the outsides of their work place nor under urban also algomerisation. State transport buses ply daily between the two places.
However, Audit authority requested our office to recover entire amount of hometown LTC converted to visit J&K on the round that NRS of Home town & headquarter is same. Whether, it is in order or not?

I have used Vodafone Sim No for last 6 years. Unfortunately my sim have damaged on 8th February 2016. After that I have complaint to Vodafone Store dated 09.02.2016 and request for prepaid to postpaid plan and deposited amount 250 /- for the same. After few days I have paid another payment for the same 250 /- dated 20.02.2016. We have received information by message dated on 20.03.2016 about my Sim have activated but only outgoing calls activated incoming is not allowed. When I have go for complaint then I know that number have port in idea by Customer care for Sonam Singh dated 21.03 2016.
That is illegal Matter. That number have issued without my permission.
So I request to you that number will cancel for the Sonam Singh and provide this number to me as soon as possible.

I have passed intermediate in year 2013 from Uttarkhand board in which I have scored the qualifying marks for DST scholarship. Therefore DST offered me a scholarship of Rs 80000/year for my post graduation. According to the notification from DST student can apply offline as well as online for scholarship. I live in Uttarkashi. There was a dangerous natural disaster in Uttarkashi in 2013. I too was affected due to this Bhagirathi flood. During that time, uttarkashi was just separated from the other world. All connections and internet facilities were cutoff. Due to the technical problem,I had applied offline form on dated 08-08-2013. In 2014 DST send me a message in which there was a link for online registration. I have done the online registration also. And hence I got my registration no.(201400024770 )and inspire password-“A1KR$h(eo” .But now DST is giving me the notification that your scholarship is rejected. When I inquired for this rejection then I found nothing but only disappointment. But students getting less marks than me have got the scholarship. Now I am expressing my feelings from the deep of my heart that on one hand you are launching the programme “beti bachao beti padao” while on the other hand such careless steps are taken by DST. Indian government is saying that youths are the future of India, but how can the future be bright if the youths are disappointment in such a manner. We are students and these marks are result of my hard work. I have very great hope to this scholarship because my family is not in such condition to afford me for my higher education. So I need scholarship for completing my education and making my future. I trust you that you will take the immediate and proper steps in this direction. Today in Sandesh tv news it is telecasted. In interview PSI Crime branch Ahmadabad ,K. N .Latthia claimed seizure of China’s fire works worth Rs. 10.72 lakh and said that China’s fireworks are injurious/ hazardous. Why such hazardous fireworks are imported from China? Stop importing from China, we have lot off local units producing fireworks in Gujarat. Instead of promoting / encouraging local units, why such things are imported from China? This creates unemployment locally and wastage of foreign exchange.
There seems matters stand pending for proper action even after years. For example I made complaints to SEBI which were registered Physically and on Line and there after to Honorable PM which were promptly directed to Secy DEA FM during Jan 2015 and number of times different officials have been contacted without any solutions. Will I get a response?

We have approached different forum & advised to BSNL Official to install Mobile Tower in our area. There is no problem of land & the same was informed to the department many times. We are facing problem to connect with my family. We have also send on-line complaint to BSNL official but we have not received any response from their end. Kindly put-up the matter on appropriate forum and request them to sort out the problem at the earliest.
