According to The Prevention of Delay In Discharge Of Official Duties Act,2005 Pune Municipal Corporation has prepared its Citizen Charter in 2010. There is a mandatory provision for citizen charter.

Duly filled application form shall be submitted along with all documents skysign & License Department, Savarkar Bhavan, Shivajinagar, Pune-5. During 10.00 am to 5.45 pm.
