Eligibility for joining CGHS :
** All Central Govt. employees drawing their salary from Central Civil Estimates and their dependent family members residing in CGHS covered areas.

** Central Govt. Pensioners/family pensioners receiving pension from central civil estimates and their eligible dependent family members.
** Sitting and Ex-members of Parliament.

** Ex-Governors & Lt. Governors.
** Freedom Fighters.
** Ex-Vice Presidents.
** Sitting and Retired Judges of Supreme Court.
** Retired Judge of High Courts.

** Journalists accredited with PIB (in Delhi).
** Employees and pensioners of certain autonomous/statutory bodies which have been extended CGHS facilities in Delhi.

Self Printing of e-CGHS Card :
** Visit Official website and click on the option ‘Beneficiary Login ‘
** Key in beneficiary id and password. The click on the above option „Generate Password‟ will go to page no. 10 of this document

** CGHS Card Details appears on screen. Click on the option ‘Print Card’
** OTP is sent to the Beneficiaries Registered Mobile Number
** Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile

** Message appears on the screen
** A DialogBox appears to Save/Open CGHS Card
** Enter the card holder details and click on “Register” button for generating the Password

** In case the details entered are matching with data in CGHS Database, a system generated ‘password’ will be sent to the registered mobile number by SMS

** If , there is a message “Date of Birth/Mobile No. does not match for the given beneficiary Id ”, please check the details entered and try again OR One can contact CMO Incharge of CGHS Wellness Centre/AD Office for correcting the data such as Date of Birth and Mobile number

Procedure for Uploading/Publishing Information on CGHS Website :
** To Upload/Publish any Information on CGHS.GOV.IN Website, only Web Information Manager is authorised.

** All communications related to upload/publish any information on this website should be sent to Web Information Manager & not directly to any NIC Official.
** Information Publishing Request sent to any NIC Official will not be entertained.
