About Us :
To provide one-stop shop services to all the citizens of MP, any service, anywhere, and any time. As a part of its e-Governance initiative, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, India has launched its online citizen services portal called MPOnline.

The portal was developed by MPOnline Limited, a joint venture between Madhya Pradesh Electronics Development Corporation (MPSEDC, Government of Madhya Pradesh) and TATA Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) that is mandated with delivering G2C and B2C services to the common man via its portal mponline.gov.in.

How to Register KIOSK ?
1.Go to Official Website
2.Click on Register KIOSK (This link is located on the left under User Login section)
3.Read the instructions completely.

4.Click on continue.
5.Fill the form completely and submit, click on Print button and take print of the form.
6.Sign the form.

7.Post or handover the signed form along with 4 photographs of your shop to MPOnline office.
8.If possible please attach the road map of your shop showing the distance between your shop and nearest Kiosk, attested by Nagar Nigam.

9.MP Online will conduct the survey of your shop and the location.
10.If found suitable, MPOnline will contact you regarding signing of Agreement.

11.You will need to submit a DD of Rs. 6742 favoring MP Online Ltd. payable at Bhopal and the signed agreement at MPOnline Office.
12.Once accepted, KIOSK ID and training will be provided to you.

What is Registration Fees?
Rs 6742/- only. Please note that this fee has to be paid after the MPOL survey and its acceptance in form of DD favoring MP Online Ltd. payable at Bhopal.

Where do I find list of authorized Kiosk List?
Its available on MPOnline Home Page at top middle position as “Authorized KIOSK List”.
Where is Kiosk Registration Link available?
Its available onMPOnline Home Page at top left position under User Login.

What are Prerequisites for Being a Kiosk?
The applicant should have a rented or owned premise with following facilities :
1.One Computer.
2.One Printer.
3.One Scanner.
4.One Webcam.

5.Broadband Internet Connection.
6.Minimum 250m distance from other Kiosk in commercial area and minimum 500m in Residential area.

Which Documents are Required?
1.Address Proof
2.PAN Card
3.4 Photos of your shop
4.2 Passport size photograph of yourself
5.Agreement on 100/-Rs stamp paper (Format of agreement is available at MPOL Kiosk). 6.Road Map showing distance between your shop and nearest Kiosk.

How is the commission paid?
Its paid on monthly basis, the amount gets credited to your Kiosk ID at the end of every month.
