Install SBI Finder Android Apps :
SBI Finder Android apk can be used to find SBI ATMs, CDMs, Branches and E-corners in an area within the specified radius. We can also find the directions to reach the SBI ATMs, CDMs, Branches and E-corners and also provide location related feedback, with the help of this app.

There are 4 categories in SBI Android apk :

** CDM (Cash Deposit Machine)
** E-corner (You will find multiple self service facilities like ATM, CDM, KIOSK etc. at one place)
** Branch
To Find SBI ATM/CDM/Branch/e-corner in a specific location first in the home screen either your current location will be captured through the GPS option or you can type a location of your choice. Then you select your radial distance and select the category you are searching for ATM/CDM/Branch/e-corner. After clicking on ‘Go’ for specific location, the search result will show on the map as well as the list of the result will be available in the Show list tab.
Directions :
From Map :
For every found result on map info window is available, on touching you will have two options of ‘Get Directions’ and Feedback’. When we click on Get Direction link, it will show the direction from the searched location on the map. On the Map, the route will be drawn from the entered location to the searched location.
From Show List Tab :
In the show list tab we will find the all searched result , on selecting the desired result you will get information pertaining to it and also a ‘Get Directions’ tab . On selecting that tab driving direction from source to destination location will be shown in a listed fashion.
Feedback :
For every found result on map info window is available, on touching you will have two options of ‘Get Directions’ and Feedback’. On selecting feedback a dialogue box will open in which user can give their feedback for that specific SBI ATM/CDM/Branch/e-corner location.

State Bank Secure OTP App :
1. Who can use the application?
Any internet banking user can use the application for generating OTP for INB related transactions/activities.
2. I am an INB user with enquiry rights only. Can I use the application?
Yes. Activities like LPG registration, Windows App registration etc are not of financial nature but they still require OTP. Hence all users can use the State Bank Secure OTP App.
3. What is the use of the application?
The application will replace the need for receiving the OTP for INB transactions via SMS. OTP can be generated using the application after it is registered . SIM card is not needed for Offline OTP.
The application will provide OTP with Internet connectivity when Online OTP is chosen. When the internet connectivity is not available in mobile the Offline OTP option can be used.
4. How do I get the application?
The application is available in the Android (Google Play Store), IOS (Apple store), Blackberry (Blackberry App World) and Windows (Window Store).
5. How do I register for this application?
Enter your Internet Banking(INB) credentials to register for the application. Enter the OTP received in your INB registered mobile number and set your mPIN to complete the one time registration for the App.
6. Can I use the application in multiple mobile phones?
No. Once you have registered for the application in one device the same device has to be used for generating OTP. If you wish to register for the App in another mobile please de-register the App from your Internet Banking>> Profile>> High Security Options.
7. What if I lost my phone where the Secure OTP App has been registered? How do I perform INB transactions now?
If the mobile is lost/stolen immediately login to Onlinesbi and go to “Profile>> High Security Option” and deregister the State Bank Secure OTP App. You will immediately start receiving OTP in your INB registered mobile number for your transactions.
Alternatively, if you are using another mobile then register the new mobile to use the State Bank Secure OTP App.
