How To Apply For Thrissur Police PCC?
The applicant should submit a letter to the Thrissur district police chief applying for the issue of p.c.c certification.

How do I get a crime case registered? :
A crime case can be registered within the jurisdiction of a police station where the offence has been occurred.
Can the police say ‘no’ to register a crime case? :
Refusal to record on First Information Report on the ground that the place of crime does not full within the jurisdictions of the police station, amounts to dereliction of duty. Information about cognizable offence should be recorded and forwarded to the police station having jurisdiction.
Whether I have to sign the FIR for a crime case to be registered? :
Yes, the person giving information relating to the commission of a cognizable offence has to sign the FIR as per section 154(1) CrPC.
Whether I will get a copy of the FIR, registered on my compliant free of cost? :
Yes, a copy of the FIR shall be given to the informant free of cost as per section 154(2) CrPC.
Whether other than FIR, I have to put signature in a statement recorded by the police during investigation of the case? :
No statement made by any person to a police officer in the course of an investigation shall if reduced into writing, be signed by the person making it as per section 162 CrPC.
Monthly Petition Adalaths :
For the convenience of the Public, District Police Chief, Thrissur Rural conducted Petition Adalaths every month in each subdivision headquarter. It happens in the non-public holidays of first, third and fourth Saturdays of every month at 10.30 am to 2 pm. People can submit their grievances before the District Police Chief at the sub division head quarter.
The schedule is as follows :
** First Saturday of every month – Kunnamkulam Sub division (DySP Office, Kunnamkulam)
** Third Saturday of every month – Irinjalakuda Sub division (DySP Office, Irinjalakuda)
** Fourth Saturday of every month – Chalakkudy Sub division (DySP Office, Chalakkudy)

Sir. I had applied for PCC at AKSHAYA E centre,Ayyanthole Ground on 4/03/2023 vide applicaion no:159960405-2023-7-00330 dt 4-03-2023. I have shown
my House no :23/2309{new no } as per tax receipt from Thrissur Corporation .The same is in my ration card also.where as the House no shown in the aadhar card and voter ID card is Calvary Road [oppo:Triveni Gardens].
since my supporting document being Aadhar & voters ID I am pleased if the PCC issuing Authority may kindly consider my change in House No as in in the aadhar card ie,” 20/59/06 “.
