How To Update PC & PNDT License?

** If You Get an EMail with regards to Rejection of your application the some of the information provided by you might Not be Correct or some Document you have uploaded is not as per the requirement asked in the PC and PNDT ACT, so kindly go to the License Update Tab and update the information asked

** Enter Your Application No and click on submit all the data will be displayed.
** Enter the data that needs to be corrected .If some Document is wrong
** Click on Upload Document it will display document type which needs to be uploaded select and upload.
** Click on submit, your application will be updated and message will be sent to you for successful update.

Steps to Track Application Status. :
** For Tracking status ,Click on Track status Tab
** Enter Your Application No and click on submit.
** It will Display the status along with error if any, like issue in some data or some document got rejected.
** Upon which you can upload or do the Appropriate action

** For Applying for Adding New Machine Click on Machine Inclusion Tab
** Enter Your PCPNDT No and click on submit.
** Add the New Machine Details.
** Also Two Documents Needs to be uploaded
** Scan Machine Invoice Copy.
** .Request Letter
** On Successful Submission you will receive mail and message

Steps to Apply for Changing Hospital Name. :
** Applying for Changing the Hospital Name, Click on Hospital Name Change Tab
** Enter Your PCPNDT No and click on submit.
** .Enter New Hospital Name.
** Two Documents Needs to be uploaded
** Affidavit Copy.
** Request Letter
** On Successful Submit you will receive mail and message

** Enter Your PCPNDT No and click on submit.
** Enter New Hospital Address.
** Two Documents Needs to be uploaded
