Step 1 :
When a Caller dials Toll Free Number ( 1800-4250-0009 ) of GVMC Automatically IVR System Welcomes the Caller and asks to choose an option of language.
Step 2 :
Caller has to choose a language , dial 1 for Telugu, 2 for English and 3 for Hindi.
Step 3 :
After Selecting the Language option by dialing 1 or 2 , the caller has to choose
1 For Complaints , 2 for water taker, 3 to know there taxes and 4 for General Information.
If the caller dials 1 ( Complaints) :
** Citizen can record complaint, name, address and telephone number after the beep.
** After the complaint is recorded a complaint number will be given to the caller.
** The complaint is transcripted by the call-centre operator. An SMS will be automatically sent to the concerned official giving all details.
** At the same time a SMS will be sent to the complainant giving details like complaint number, name, telephone number of the concerned authority, etc.
** Once the complaint is redressed and updated a SMS will be automatically sent to the complainant for confirmation.
If the caller dials 2 ( Water Tanker) :
The call will be transferred to the Call – Centre operator who will take the details and enter the same in application that generates a code and informs to filling station.
If the caller dials 3 ( Taxes) :
The call will be transferred to the call- centre operator who will give the necessary information
If the caller dials 4 :
General information like pre-requisites for getting new water connection, Title transfer, Birth certificate, Death certificate Etc., will be replayed
How To Pay Trade License?
** Enter website address
** Select Payments menu and Select Pay trade license.
** Then you transfer to trade enquiry page. Enter your Valid Shop Id ,Then you will get total demand and collection of given shop id number.
** After getting the details, Click here to pay trade license button appear on the screen.
** After clicking on that button, It will be transfer to payment mode of easy2pay with asking debit or credit card number , valid month , year of the card and cvv2/cvc2 is the three digit security code printed on the back of your card , email address , mobile number and word verification and submit with valid data .
** After successful payment you will be transfer to another page. On that page you will get the certificate. Print it and keep the license while requesting the trade license you need to show that license to the officers who requested.

Functions of GVMC
The Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) is a civic body responsible for the administration of Visakhapatnam, a metropolitan city in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. GVMC was constituted on 20 May 2005, by merging the erstwhile Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (VMC) with the eight municipalities of Gajuwaka, Madhurawada, MVP Colony, Pendurthi, Ramavaram, Vizianagaram, Bheemili, and Anakapalle.

Hiee ,respected official this is G.Mahesh..with property tax assessment no..10861XXXXXXX…i had a due of property tax with amount of 22032/-.. so i paid in your official website through UPI..the payment is also done…and no receipt has been generated..and not been updated in the site . Please do the needful to me..it’s such a huge amount and also given a written complaint at suryabagh office and online complaint in wattsapp…but till date no responce and complaint number is 1021072XXXXX
Dear Sir, It is very unfortunate that the Roads within the City are very worst. Every where there are surprising holes. Two Wheelers are facing lot of problems.
Every where roads are very worst. Please give instructions to cover the holes
so that vehicles are not damaged. Please make a survey by Two wheeler and so that
they can locate the holes and it is also a small patch works, but it will help us a lot.
I have paid property tax on 12.04.2017 for the year 2017 through net banking. It was debited from my account but I could not get the receipt. When I tried to get the receipt, reference number or transaction id is being asked. Since I don’t know the same, I am unable to get the receipt online. Please inform me the Reference number or transaction id to enable to get the receipt. My property assessment number is 44500/1843.

How can I check property tax status?
Dear Sir
When I want to check the payment status of the Property tax paid, it is always showing the initial screen as update my browser. Why donot you allow us to check the status. Even I am finding difficult to know the status through Property Assessment number. In the screen it is asking Ward number, name and door number, it is very difficult to type the above data exactly that was fed in your system. Even verification system through figure is also difficult (through I am not robot ..type). Even when go to the e seva counter my second half propery tax payment was not taken as they not collecting at present.
