Renewal Of Registration Certificate Of Eating House
** Application form
** Original Registration Certificate.

** MCD/NDMC/DCB/Airport Authority of India valid Trade License alongwith Fee Receipt.
** Affidavit Click to Download
** Photocopy of Bar license, if any.
** Photocopy of Performance license if any for music & live performance, disco, D.J. etc. or an undertaking to the effect that no such activities are being performed.
** Valid Fire NOC, in case of seating capacity of the Eating House is 50 or more.
** Authority letter in case RC holder does not appear in person.
** Undertaking regarding installation of CCTV Cameras with 30 days recording facility
Cancellation Of Registration Certificate :
** The Certificate of Registration is liable for cancellation by the Registering Authority for violation of any regulation or Directions issued by the Registering Authority after the holder of certificate of Registration has been afforded a reasonable opportunity of showing cause against such cancellation.
** If the operation of the Eating House has been closed due to any reason, the R.C. holder may sumit a written request to the Registering Authority for cancellation of the R.C. by surrending the same.
Appeal :
A person aggrieved by the orders of the Registering Authority may file an appeal before the Commissioner of Police, within a period of 30 days from the date of the order of refusal for grant/renewal of Registration Certificate is communicated to him.
Show Cause Notice :
No Show Cause Notice for cancellation of Registration Certificate, shall be issued without approval of the Registering Authority, Such notice issued under the signature of Assistant Commissioner of Police is served directly to the person concerned, and a copy is marked to the local Deputy Commissioner of Police. A period of 15 days to show cause including personal hearing is afforded from the date of receipt and the notice is decided expeditiously and in any case within a period of 60 days.
