Customer Complaint :
Customer can register a complaint or view the status of already registered compliant by clicking on links on left side under CUSTOMER heading.

Viewing Complaint Status by Customer :
After clicking the link on first page View Complaints Status, following login screen will appear :
Enter login and password to proceed further.

Change Login Password :
With the help of this option you can change your Login Password.

How to Access the System :
** Click on the link below to reach BHEL Bhopal Internet website bhelbpl.co.in/customer/default.asp
** Click Online Customer Support
** After clicking in both cases

Login Process :
Click on the link BHEL Internal Complaint Service on the first page to access the system. On clicking, following screen appears Enter login and password.

Main Menu Screen :
On successful login, following Main Menu screen appears

Creation Of Customer ID and Password :
** To create Customer id and Password, click on the button Creation of Customer Id/Password. Following screen will appear
** After filling the required fields, press submit button to save the entries made.

Creation of Product Directory :
** To view, update, delete and create product directory, click on Product Directory button. Following screen will appear Press Exit to go to previous menu screen.

Creation of Problems Directory :
To view, update, delete and create problems directory, click on Problems Directory button. Following screen will appear

Creation of Main Assembly Directory :
To view, update, delete and create main assembly directory, click on Main Assembly Directory button. Following screen will appear

Creation of Sub Assembly Directory :
To view, update, delete and create sub assembly directory, click on Sub Assembly Directory button. Following screen will appear

How to Register Complaints on Behalf of Customer :
To register complaint on behalf of a customer, click on Complaint Registration on main menu screen. Following screen will appear

Update/Respond to Customer Complaint :
** To update complaint, click on Complaint Update on main menu screen. Following screen will appear
** After filling the required details, click on the Next Page button. Following screen will appear
