Verification Procedure of SSC Certificate :
The Genuineness of a SSC issued by this office shall be obtained by the Employer of the organization where the candidate is presently working. The Employer shall send such proposal along with the original SSC issued by this office.

The search fee prescribed for APSRTC for verification of certificates is Rs. 5/- for each SSC.
The fee prescribed for this purpose is Rs.100/- which shall be remitted through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Secretary to the Commissioner for Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad” from the branches of State Bank of India/State Bank of Hyderabad.
The proposals requesting for the Genuineness of a SSC should be sent to the Additional Joint Secretary concerned of the district in this office i.e., Office of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad.
In cases of requirement, the individual (candidate) shall also apply for himself for the genuineness of SSC issued to him by following the above procedure.
The Department of Defense Services shall obtain the Genuineness on production of Photostat copies of SSC duly signed or attested by the recruiting agencies and sending the proposals on above lines.
Procedure for obtaining Duplicate Memo of Marks / Date of Birth / Migration Certificate :
Representation of the Candidate should be addressed to the Additional Joint Secretary, Office of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad on a plain paper with the following details.
a) Name of the Candidate
b) Father’s Name
c) Roll Number, Month / Year of appearance
d) Name of the School
e) Name of the Centre
f) only Challan for Rs.80/-(Rupees Eighty only) will be paid.
g) Xerox copy of Hall Ticket (if available)
h) Self Addressed envelop along with Rs.5/- postal stamp.
Re-Verification Cum Supply Of Xerox Copies Of Valued Answer Scripts :
As per Govt. Memo No.17593/Prog-1/A1/2009, dt.21.10.2010 reverification and supply of Xerox copies of valued answer scripts for 1st language and 2nd language was introduced. The fee for reverification of valued answer script and issue of Xerox copy is Rs.1000/- per subject.
Scope Of Reverification :
** Answer paper will not be revalued
** Answers awarded with zero marks will be taken into account
** Unvalued answers will be taken into account
** Verification and Posting of marks to answers and if they are missed in carrying over to the title page, those marks will be taken into account.
** Correctness of totals
At the same time the marks will be retotalled and there is change if any, the same will be intimated to the candidate for correction in SSC certificate. The system of issue of Xerox copy is inclusive of recounting.

For genuineness of ssc they said challan from sbi but in web they told dd. I sent dd but they denied it. How could I get challan in banks?
They told you only to bring challan. From where you have to remit that challan?
I’ve born in hyd. completed studies in hyd. I got married now I’m in tamilnadu. I would like to continue my studies but they asked me to submit genuineness for 10th and 12th std. Could you please tell me the procedure and addresses?
