PMNRF Online Donation Form :

** Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund, (PMNRF) accepts voluntary contributions from Individuals, Organizations, Trusts, Companies and Institutions etc.
** All contributions towards PMNRF are exempt from Income Tax under section 80(G).

** It is informed that Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) does not collect any money through SMS/Missed call services or through any such service provider.
** It is advised that any such Calls/ Messages should not be entertained.

** Donations now accepted through BHIM/UPI also. (VPA : pmnrf AT centralbank)
** In order to facilitate speedy issue of 80(G) Income Tax receipts, donors are advised to provide the transaction details of donations deposited directly in any of the PMNRF collection banks along with address of the donor to this office through email at pmnrf AT gov.in.

** Donors making donation through PMNRF online portal are advised not to make repeated transactions, if the amount has been debited from the account but the message appears as “Transaction failure/pending confirmation from bank” at the end of the process.
** Formal 80(G) PMNRF receipts for successful transactions would be issued to the donors in due course by post.

The acceptance of donations in PMNRF is subject to the following terms :
1. Contributions from Government/budgetary support or from the balance sheets of PSUs are not accepted in PMNRF.
2. Conditional contributions, where the donor specifically mentions that the amount is meant for a particular purpose, are not accepted in the Fund.
3. PMNRF provides relief only to the citizens of India. Hence contributions wherein the donor mention that the amount is meant for the foreign citizens/calamities abroad, are not accepted in the Fund.

Q. What is PMNRF?
A. PMNRF stands for Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund. The fund was setup in the year 1948 to assist relief work. The details about the fund, its administration, ways to contribute etc. have been provided at website pmindia.gov.in.

Q. What are the various modes of payment for online contribution ?
A. PMNRF accepts online contribution through netbanking, credit and debit cards and through BHIM App/UPI (VPA : pmnrf AT centralbank) .

Q. Does the website submit the information in secure mode?
A. Yes. The PMNRF website submits the information over Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which provides a secure channel to exchange information in encrypted mode.

Q. How do I know about the status of my payment online?
A. After you make the payment at the netbanking interface of the concerned bank, the status of payment is shown at the following pages. In case the payment is successful, the same is displayed at status page as well as conveyed to the email address / mobile number given by you. In case you are still not able to know the status of your payment. You may click Payment History and find out the status of your transaction.

Q. Is there any transaction charge for online payment?
A. There is no transaction charges levied by PMNRF for online payment. However some banks may levy the netbannking transaction charges, which may vary from bank to bank.
