FASTag is a simple to use, reloadable tag which enables automatic deduction of toll charges and lets you pass through the toll plaza without stopping for the cash transaction.

FASTag is linked to a prepaid account from which the applicable toll amount is deducted. The tag employs Radio-frequency Identification (RFID) technology and is affixed on the vehicle’s windscreen after the tag account is active.
FASTag is a perfect solution for a hassle free trip on national highways. FASTag is presently operational at 360+ toll plazas across national and state highways. More toll plazas will be brought under the FASTag program in the future.

Cash Back upto 7.5% using FASTag :
You can avail a cashback of 7.5% on all National Toll payments using FASTag in FY 2017-18.
SMS and Email Alert of Transactions :
SMS & Email Alert of Transactions done from FASTag Acccount. Customer will receive SMS & Email alerts on his registered mobile number / Email address for all the transactions done in his tag account
Web :
Web portal for customers. Customers can access their statements by logging on the FASTag customer portal
Emergency Road Side Assistance :
Emergency road side assistance for your fleet drivers**
Saves Fuel and Time :
FASTag is read by the tag reader at the plaza and the toll amount is deducted automatically, when the vehicle approaches the toll plaza. The vehicle with FASTag doesn’t need to stop at the toll plaza for the cash transaction
Online recharge :
Customer may recharge his tag account online through, Credit Card/ Debit Card/ NEFT/ RTGS or Net Banking
Prepaid Toll Pass :
No need to carry cash. Customer doesn’t need to worry about carrying cash for the toll payments
Accidental death cover of Rs. 1,00,000 :
Accidental death cover of Rs. 1,00,000 to all your on-duty drivers while driving the vehicles **
How it Works?
1. Add Money to your FASTag Account
2. Scan tag while passing through the plaza
3. Pass through the plaza
Fees and Charges :
The charges applicable on HDFC Bank Tag are as follows :

Tag Joining Fee (One-time Fee) 200/- ( including all applicable taxes)
Reissuance Fees 200/- ( including all applicable taxes)
Please note :
** GST applicable from time to time, will be levied on the aforementioned charges
** Convenience fee will be applicable for online recharge.
** Charges mentioned above are subject to change.
** Threshold amount is the minimum recharge amount to be done at the time of tag activation
** The above mentioned tag deposit rates would be applicable as per your vehicle class and will be refunded to only KYC Customers at the time of FASTag account closure.
** Toll amount will be deducted as per the applicable amount, depending on the vehicle class and the plaza used. Charges mentioned above are subject to change.
