Link different Bank accounts to a single app for your banking requirements. LOTZA is one of the few UPI (Unified Payment Interface) PSP App to be approved by National Payments Corp. of India Ltd (NPCI).

Its more secured :
No need to pass on your account details for funding your account, Use Virtual Payment Address (VPA) to keep your transactions more confidential and secured. VPA is a unique ID similar to an email ID which will be issued by the Bank to the user.
VPA will be mapped to user’s Bank Account and helps the user to keep confidentiality of his Account details. VPA will be a combination of username + “@” + Bank Handle. (XYZ@ Federal).
Eligible Customer :
1. All customers eligible for mobile banking can avail of this service.
2. The Customer desirous of using the Facility should be either a sole account holder or authorized to act independently.
Applicability :
1. The last updated mobile number in the records of the Bank would be the registered Mobile number for the facility.
The Customer agrees to use the facility on a Mobile Phone properly and validly registered in his/ her name only with the Mobile Service provider and undertakes to use the Facility only through Mobile number which has been used to register for the Facility.
2. Currently, Mobile Banking Facility is not offered for two Mobile numbers for the same account.
3. All accounts in multiple banks linked to a mobile number can be registered for the Facility.
4. The Federal Bank reserves the right to reject a customer’s application for the Facility without assigning any reasons.
5. The Customer is responsible for intimating to The Bank any change in his Mobile Phone Number or email address or Account details and The Bank will not be liable for sending Alerts or other information over the Customer’s mobile phone number/email address /fax number recorded with The Bank.
How to Install :
1. Download LOTZA from Store
2. Install LOTZA, following permissions are required
** Location settings
** Make and manage phone calls
** Send and view SMS
3. Provide the preferred virtual id. – (Eg: If your name is Abhishek, give the virtual id as abhi and your virtual private address is abhi [AT] federal)
4. Set your password – Length between 6 and 8 characters. A capital letter, a digit and a special character (@,#,$,%) mandatory
5. Now you are inside LOTZA
6. Register LOTZA on your mobile
7. Set account against your virtual id – Select the bank from the list and you will get the accounts listed Select one account and complete the process.
8. Now you are ready to send and receive money using your virtual id
