Notice Inviting Quotation For The Allotment Of Various Shops In Pwd, Delhi :

PWD, GNCTD invites sealed quotations from reputed and eligible Individuals/companies/firms for allotment of shops on monthly license fees basis as per the details given below at Delhi Government Residential Complex, Kalyanvas for the period of Ten years.
Tender document can be downloaded from pwddelhi.gov.in. (Fill up separate bid for each shop, if bidding for more than one shop).

a. The Bids shall be opened on 08/12/2017 at 03.30pm in the presence of tenderers or their representatives, if any.
b. Financial bid containing all eligibility documents and EMD must also be submitted as per the date and time mentioned above. The bid will stand rejected if, the bidder is found ineligible,
Terms & Conditions :
(i) The bidder has to quote rate/license fee per month in INR. The bidder who quotes higher license fee will be the successful bidder.
(ii) There shall be no overwriting in the quoted rates/license fees. In case of any mismatch in rates, the one mentioned in words shall be taken as the final.
(iii) The bid must be submitted in sealed envelope containing (a) EMD (b) Quoted rates/license fees.
(iv) The envelope containing the bid must be super scribed as “Bid for shop No. _________ at Kalyanvas”.
(v) The quoted rate/license fee less than the reserved license fee shall be treated as cancelled/rejected.
(vi) Bids received after due date and time shall be summarily rejected.
(vii) The agency will deposit EMD (refundable) as per above table for each shop in the form of demand draft/Bank guarantee/FDR in favor of “A.O. (Finance), Land & Building, GNCTD payable at New Delhi.
Earnest Money will not be accepted in any other form such as Cash/Cheque/Money Order/etc. the Earnest money will bear no interest. The quotation without EMD will be summarily rejected.
(viii) No Terms & Conditions from the Bidders shall be entertained in the tender. The Bidder has to abide by all the Terms & Conditions mentioned in the tender document.
Terms and conditions of Auction :
1. The premises will be licensed for ten (10) years from the date of commencement of licence deed i.e. the date of taking of possession of premises on ‘AS IS WHERE IS BASIS’ by the licensee from licensor.
The licensee after taking formal occupation of the licensed premises shall not contest thereafter that the licensed premises is not complete in any respect whatsoever.
If any change, additions / alterations are necessary, the licensee shall do the same at his own cost after obtaining prior written permission of the licensor and the liabilities for the payment of licence fee shall not be affected.
2. Any individual partnership firm and company registered under Companies Act, 1965 or Companies Act, 2013 are eligible to participate in the Auction. Regarding partnership and Company, they should be subsisting for the last 3 years prior to the date of auction.
3. The Licensor (i.e. Public Works Department) reserves the right to reject any or all the bidders / bids without assigning any reasons. The details of shops to be auctioned is given at point no. 26 Annexure-I alongwith their (a) location, (b) covered area, (c) reserve price (monthly).
