License for Cyber Cafe :

Following documents are required to be submitted to obtain license for Cyber Café along with the application for it

** License for Shops and Establishments.
** Certificate regarding place of edible items (if applicable)
** Grade License (if applicable)
** Xerox copy of document of partnership of the partnership firm.
** Receipt of the rent if the place has been taken on rent.
** Assessment of Tax/ payment of tax and PAN number.
** It will be the responsibility of the owner of the Cyber Café to ensure that no risky electrical appliances are used.
** As a part of the public safety, the fire safety equipments would be installed and the same shall be maintained periodically and proof of the same shall be produced.
** Telephone Bill is required to be submitted supporting that the telephones are being used in the premises.
** Details of educational institute shall be furnished if situated within the radius of 500 meters of the place.
** Document showing that the applicant is the owner of the place.
** Xerox copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association, if any (If applicable)

In case of candidates recruited in government organization :
** Statement of applicant / parents (Guardian).
** Statement of two witnesses.
** Verification of School Certificate
** Verification of Domicile Certificate.
** Copies of light bill / telephone bill / tax bill / driving licence / Passport are obtained as evidences.

from private institute / Company for the purpose of job. :
** Paid copy of Challan of prescribed fee
** Certificate from the Principal of the School for authenticity of documents
** Statement of the applicant and two witnesses.
** Proof of residence is obtained.
** Antecedents of applicant from the concerned Police Station is checked

verification for Wireless license. :
** Statement of the applicant and two evidences.
** Proof of residence is obtained.
** Antecedents verification from concerned Police Station
** The visit of the site is got done through Police Inspector (Wireless), Head Quarter
** Letter of Guarantee is obtained.

Licenses Permissions :
Who is eligible ?
** The Commissioner of Police is the Licensing Authority for the area falling in Gandhinagar Police jurisdiction. The Licensing Authority is empowered to grant Arms Licence for validity within Gujarat

** For All India Licence MHA is the competent authority
** For Non Prohibited bore weapons Licensing Authority of the respective Dist/Cities in the State are competent to grant Arms Licenses.
** For Prohibited bore weapons Govt. of India alone is competent to grant Arms Licence.
