Accommodation :
Goa Tourism Development Corporation. Ltd is having chain of 12 hotels (Hotel Residencies) and providing accommodation for the visiting tourists to the State.

These hotel residencies are situated on prime Goan beaches, important cities, port town, and interior hinterlands and close to World Heritage sites. Goa Tourism Development Corporation. Ltd caters to domestic and international tourists and the room tariff varies from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 3,500/- per day.

All these residencies are having restaurant service, besides some are having conference halls, shopping centers, running variety of business activities in the residencies

Tips For Guests :
** Check-in and check-out time – 12 noon.
** Children between 4 to 12 years will be charged Rs. 25/- per day.
** Luxury tax is charged at the rate determined by Govt. of Goa from time to time.

** Presently luxury tax is applicable @ 5% for tariff from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 1,500/- per day, @ 8% for tariff from Rs. 1,500/- to Rs. 3,000/- per day and @ 10% on and above Rs. 3,000/- tariff per day.

** The use of electrical appliances like iron, hot plate etc. and cooking is not permitted in the rooms.
** Deposit your room keys and valuables at the Reception Counter against a Receipt.

** Goa faces a water shortage even though it receives abundant rainfall. Please use water with care and caution..

** Do not use plastic bags; ask for paper bags. Do not litter beaches or places of historic importance with plastic or other waste in any public areas. In Goa, plastic is banned in certain public areas.

** As a matter of concern for the environment, we change the room linen and towels every alternate day. You could request for a daily change if required.

** Contact Reception for any assistance during your stay. Lock doors and windows when you leave the room.
** Before leaving your room, keep your room key with the Reception. Do not use your own lock.

** Goa Tourism Dev. Corpn. Limited, conducts various tours and cruises known for safety and professional service. Please avail of tours and cruises conducted by Goa Tourism only.

** Swimming in the sea during the monsoon is not allowed.
** Do not venture into the sea under the influence of alcohol.
** Swimming in the sea is dangerous. Swim only in safe areas where a lifeguard is present.

Refund Policy :
1. A guest may apply for refund by sending an email to reservations@goa-tourism.co.in
2. The subject of the email should be REFUND and contain the booking reference number (e.g. REFUND – Confirmed #143434343434)

3. A copy of the booking confirmation email received would be preferred for quicker verification of the booking made.
4. Reason for cancellation is mandatory.
5. Guest’s Contact Phone or Mobile No. is mandatory.

Process :
** Upon receipt of a refund request, it would be referred to the cancellation policy of the vendor/partner.
** In case of doubt, the vendor/partner would be contacted for clarification.
** The refund would be subject to all applicable policies, penalties, charges and fees.

** Upon confirmation, the refund would be processed through the same channel/mode of payment that was used at the time of making the booking i.e. – credit card /debit card /NEFT /Bank deposit.

** The process may take up to 21 days due to inter-bank procedures.
** In certain cases, the refund may take additional days, due to various banking and non-banking reasons.

** All possible attempts would be made to ensure the refund amount is credited into the guest’s account within the time-period stated herein above.
