Cancellation Policy

Time before departure | Refund
1. 0 to 2 hours – No Refund
2. 2 to 24 hours – 50% Charges
3. 24 to 48 hours – 25% Charges
4. 48 to Till Ticket issued time – 20% Charges

Terms and Conditions

** Service Tax is included in pre paid taxi tariff.
** Service Tax Extra or as applicable in case of others.
** Local booking will be charged on day basis.

** For interstate booking/International booking passenger tax, permit fee, toll tax, road tax, and all other taxes and parking fee etc will be charged extra.
** Booking will be confirmed against payment of full estimated advance.

** For Hill Station trips, mileage covered on the hill shall be charged 20% extra of the basic rate.
** Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

** No decoration shall be allowed on vehicles except if advance request is made for which Rs 1,500/- Extra will be charged.
** Cancellation charged will be levied as per the rule of the corporation.

** Light vehicle hired for local marriage shall be charged double of the general tariff.
** 4.94% service tax extra. (or as applicable)
** Night halt will be charged after 8.00 PM.
** Extension facility is not provided on online booking

Prohibited Articles :
For safety reasons, some articles listed below, must not be carried in the bus or in the passenger’s baggage. If any passenger is found to be in possession of such articles he / she will be asked to dispose of the same immediately or leave the bus

Flammable fluids / liquids and solids such as lighter refills, lighter fuel, match, paint, thinner, fire-fighter fuel, matches (those that are carried on person), radio-active materials, briefcases with installed alarm devices, any kind of implosive / explosive materials, oxidizing materials such as bleaching powder and peroxides, perishable articles such as vegetables, meat and livestock, pets, acids, and any kind of weapons such as knives, firearms etc.
