PFWS Registration
Delhi Police Family Welfare Society (DPFWS) is a non-profit organization which was registered under the Societies Registration Act in the year 1972 as an autonomous body to look after the welfare of the police personnel and their families.

This society has been since then working relentlessly towards the objective of the welfare of family members of all regardless of their designation in the force or stated background.
Under its aims and objectives, it initiated a few innovative programs to set pioneering standards in giving the best and most affordable education, healthcare, environmental care, senior citizen care and women empowerment projects to the identified locations, their residents and especially children and women of Delhi.
How to Order
Browsing Our Online Store
** Your main guide to browsing the online store is to use the ‘Our Products’ tab in the main navigation menu, which has the listing of the product categories.
** To reach the landing page for each category, click on the title of that category. Once you reach a landing page, you can click on the sub categories to reach a listing of products under that category.
** You can also reach a particular product category page by placing your cursor over that category name in the main navigation menu and clicking on it in the dropdown menu.
** To return to a previous page or subcategory, you can click on ‘back’ to bring you back to previous page. You can also go to the top Navigation Bar to move to a different product category.
Setting Up An Account
** If you wish to be a regular shopper with us, you could create a unique account with us and be our registered user.
** To set up an account, go to My Account. Fill the form and click submit.
** You can also continue shopping as a Guest Shopper, and during checkout you will have the option of signing up for a new account.
Adding Items To Your Shopping Cart
** When you are ready to add an item to your shopping cart, you need to select the product and enter the quantity. Then click on the Add to Cart button.
** A small box will appear informing you that the item is in the cart. You may choose to continue shopping or checkout as per your requirements. If you change your mind and want to continue browsing you may do so at any moment during the checkout process.
** You can continue to add items to your shopping cart until you are ready to Checkout.
Reviewing & Changing The Items In Your Shopping Cart
** You can review and/or change the items in your shopping cart at any time.
** To delete an item, simply click on the cross [x].
** To change the quantity, simply change the quantity by clicking on + or – button.
** Your order value will be recalculated each time you change the quantity automatically.
** Once you are satisfied with your order, you can start the checking out process by clicking on “Order” on the Shopping Cart page. This takes you to the Checkout page.
Shipping
All of PFWS orders are shipped from our centers in New Delhi, India to your provided shipping address via Courier/carrier service. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days. Shipping destinations offered by PFWS website for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
