NGO eSamvad is a portal started by the Ministry of Women and Child Development to provide a platform to interact with NGOs, civil society and concerned citizens.

eSamvad has been started by the Ministry of Women and Child Development to provide a platform for NGOs and civil society to interact with the Ministry on relevant subjects.
They can provide their feedback, suggestions, put up grievances, share best practices etc. This is a way for the Ministry to receive input on its schemes and programmes.
Individuals and organisations can register themselves here to share their feedback, suggestions, best practices, grievances etc. with the Ministry. All input will be recorded with the Ministry, and queries/complaints will be appropriately responded to.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who can use eSamvad?
Any NGO, civil society organisation, SHG, citizen group or concerned individual can submit their input to the Ministry of Women and Child Development through eSamvad.
2. How do I start using eSamvad?
All users must first sign up on the portal. Those who already have user IDs on NITI Aayog Darpan portal, can use the same on eSamvad. Other users can sign up directly on eSamvad. Login and user ID will be sent to your email. This can be used to log in for future use.
3. How do I submit input?
Input is to be submitted in the concerned subject areas, e.g. Beti Bachao Beti Bachao, Domestic Violence, Nutrition etc. If the subject area of your concern is not listed, you may submit your input in the category ‘other’
4. What kind of input can I submit?
Users can submit input in the following categories :
** Complaint /Grievance
** Suggestion
** Feedback
** Possible Partnership
** Sharing of Best Practices
5. How will the input be processed?
All input received will be directed to the concerned Additional/Joint Secretaries within the Ministry of Women and Child Development. All input will be considered and recorded, and that requiring response will be appropriately responded to.
