1. Who can sign up?
These services are only available to the customers who have been signed up for these services. Presently, the services are available only at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram. Services will be extended to other select cities gradually.
Exclusif services for our NRI customers will be launched shortly. Services for non-individual entities like trusts, corporates and partnerships, etc. may be rolled out in future.
Currently, the services are available to customers with their home branch in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh,Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram.We plan to rollout to various other locations within the country in a phased manner.

3. What are the charges or fees associated with signing up for SBI Exclusif?
SBI Exclusif comes to you at no additional cost. In fact, it offers a host of discounts and waiver on existing charges by the Bank. However, some of the services (especially those offered by third party service providers) may be subject to additional charges. These will be disclosed to the customer before offering such services.
