Goa Transport Complaint Registration Mobile App
The Complaint Registration app provides a facility to the citizen to submit text or media complaints against the Bus, Yellow/Black Taxi, Auto Rickshaw, Motorcycle, Tourist Taxi etc to the Directorate of Transport, Government of Goa.

The Department will investigate the case and update the complainant / citizen with the necessary action taken.
Requirements
** Internet Connection is required to submit the complaints.
** Registering of Account in the App is mandatory in order to submit a complaint.
** Please provide the correct contact details. The Directorate of Transport will contact the complainant on the mobile number registered by him/her on the App with regards to his/her complaint.
** You can submit one image / video file of max 10MB and two image / video files of maximum 5MB as a supporting evidence.

1. How long is a Learner’s licence valid?
The Learner’s licence is valid up to six months. The permanent licence should be applied for, after 30 days and before 6 Months from the date of issue of the learner’s licence.
2. Is a Learner’s Licence valid outside Goa?
Yes, it is valid throughout India.
3. Is the Learner’s Licence renewable?
No, Learner’s Licence is valid only for 6 month from the date of issue..
4. Where should I learn the driving from?
The driving training should be imparted by a person who possesses a permanent driving licence. If you are interested in getting yourself trained from a Motor Driving School, a list of Motor Driving Schools approved by the government could be referred to.
5. Is it compulsory to obtain driving training from a Motor Driving School?
No, in case of private or non-commercial vehicles, it is not compulsory. However, in case of commercial vehicles, it is compulsory because the Motor Driving School has to issue Form No.5 for commercial driving licence.
6. What are the precautions to be taken by a learner licensee?
The following points need to be kept in mind by a Learner’s Licence holder :
The learner’s licence holder should get training under the supervision of a Permanent driving licence holder. The learner licence holder has to display symbol –L in a Red colour that should be visible from a distance.
In case of commercial vehicle, the learner licensee has to undergo training either from Government Motor Driving School or Motor Driving Schools authorized by the State Government.
In addition to practical training, the learner’s licence holder should also learn about the vehicles’ mechanism, road symbols or signs etc. If you are learning how to drive a two-wheeler, you cannot carry any other person on the pillion except your instructor.
