How To Pay PHE Bill Online?

To pay the PHE bill online, Just follow the simple steps below.

Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link https://phebilling.mizoram.gov.in/
Step-2 : Select your District
Step-3 : Enter the consumer number
Step-4 : Hit the “Proceed” button.

Convenience Fee

** Netbanking – Rs. 5/- plus Service Tax Per transaction processed below Rs.500 and Rs 7/- plus Service Tax Per transaction above Rs. 500/-
** Credit Card – 1.00% of Transaction Value plus Service Tax
** Debit Card – 0.75% (Below 2000)/ 1.00% (Above Rs.2000) of bill amount (Plus Service Tax)
** Mobile Wallet – Rs.5/- of Transaction Value plus Service Tax Per transaction
** Service Tax and other tax/taxes if any, will be charged in addition

Receipt Generation

You will get receipt of exact bill amount paid by you. An e-mail will also be sent to your registered e-mail address mentioning the payment information.

Refund Policy

Consumer has to ensure that Transaction Reference Number has been generated and if the same has not been generated, she/he has to make the payment of bill afresh to avoid disconnection.

Refund of the money due to above unsuccessful transaction The consumer has to take up the matter with the respective issuer bank. Public Health Engineering Department will not be responsible for such refund.

There are three ways of transaction flow :
** Amount is debited from consumer’s account and success message is shown in Public Health Engineering Department portal. Connection does not break.
** Connection breaks before amount is debited from user’s account. There should not be any issue as consumer’s bank/card account is not debited.
** Connection breaks after amount is debited from user’s account but payment status is not shown in Public Health Engineering Department portal.
** Successful payments will be settled during reconciliation process between Public Health Engineering Department and Designated Bank/Billdesk.
** The consumers can pay again to make sure that he/she gets transaction receipt.
** In case of double (or multiple payment) of same bill, the extra amount will be saved as credit. This will be adjusted in the next bills.

In no way shall Public Health Engineering Department or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with use of the Payment Gateway.

Public Health Engineering Department assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of (i) the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Payment Gateway/ Internet Banking; or (ii) any interruption or errors in the operation of the Payment Gateway/ Internet Banking.
