Kotak Life Insurance Premium Payment
Kotak Life Insurance simplifies your premium payment process to ensure that your payments are on time. Choose the most convenient payment option for you and pay with a few clicks.

How To Pay Premium?
Choose from the following options
Payment Through Bill Desk
Authorise your insurance premium payments online through Bill Desk. Follow the simple steps:
Registration: Log on to www.billdesk.com and register online. (No registration is required if you are an existing registered Bill Desk user)
Listing as Biller: Select Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Ltd. as a Biller under Insurance category.
Payments: Enroll your Policy & authorise your payment.
Your registration request for renewal premium payment should reach Kotak Life Insurance at least 7 days prior to renewal due date.
In case the registration request is received, less than 7 days prior to the date on which premium is due or after this date, then for the current renewal cycle payment date will be adjusted by 7 days after receipt of registration request.
From the next cycle onwards, your renewal due date will be as per the original schedule. Renewal payment can be paid through this mode of payment only for policies where all the premiums have been paid on time.
Payment Through NEFT
Log into Net Banking of your bank account, select the option NEFT transfer and enter the below mentioned details
Beneficiary account : 99800KLIFExxxxxxxx. (The number after KLIFE would be your 8 digit Policy Number) E.g.: If your Policy No. is 00921500, the beneficiary account would be 99800KLIFE00921500. If your Policy Number is less than 8 digits, please add requisite number of zeroes before the Policy No.

Please Note:
For every successful NEFT transaction, your bank will provide a UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) Number. Please mention the UTR for any future correspondence with Kotak Life Insurance regarding your NEFT transaction.
Electronic Clearing Services
It is a convenient option, that debits your premium from bank account on your premium due date automatically. ECS facility is currently available in 81 convenient locations. Just submit the ECS Mandate Form along with a cancelled cheque at any of our branch offices or mail it to our address below:

Register yourself for the Bill Payment service with your bank and choose Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company Ltd. as your Biller in your Net Banking account
