* With this, you can now renew your existing Royal Sundaram policies online using your Visa – Master debit/ credit cards/ Amex cards and internet banking as well.

There are 2 simple ways to renew your policy. You can choose from the following options :
Renew Right Away :
This is a quick renew option; with this you can just confirm your policy details and proceed to payment authorization

Login/Sign up and Renew :
With this option, you can login to your Royal Sundaram account or sign up for a user name password to access your policy information; confirm the policy details and then authorize payment

The following policies can be renewed online :

** Hospital Cash Insurance
** Personal Accident Insurance
** Home Content Insurance
** Home Building Insurance
** Motor Car Insurance

In the case of Non-Motor Renewal, policies (Health/Hospital Cash/ Personal Accident/ Home )will be available for online renewals up to the expiry date + 15 days of grace period.

Example : A Health Policy expiring on 15th March 2012 , will be available for online renewal up to 30th March 2012, 23.59 p.m.
Policies will be available for Online Renewal 15 days prior to the date of expiry of the policy.

In the case of Motor Renewals, policies will be available for online renewals up to the expiry date. :
For Example :
If your motor private car policy is due for renewal on 15th March 2012, you will be able to renew this policy online between 1st March 2012 and 15th March 2012. There will be No Grace Period for Motor Policy Renewals.

What is Break in insurance? What should I do in case of Break in insurance
Break-in-insurance is when the Policy lapses due to non-renewal of the Policy on time. As per the law, an owner should cover his/her two wheeler with at least third party insurance at all times. If you have a break in your two wheeler insurance at present policy cant be renewed online
