The appox income tax amount for each pensioner indicated in the site is for guidance of STO/ATO/APPO only.Exact amount is to be calculated by obtaining saving particulars from the Employee/Pensioner.

** Consequent on A.P Reorganisation Act 2014,the A.P state was divided as Residuary A.P with 13 Districts and Telangana State with 10 Districts W.E.F 02.06.2014.
** The Intention of this Site is mainly to facilitate the Pensioners to know the Present Status of their PPO and the Rates of the Pension.

** Treasuries and Accounts Department of AP is rending service to 345000 pensioners in 13 districts of AP state,and Treasuries and Accounts Department of TG is rending service to 250000 pensioners in 10 districts of TG state.

Jeevan Pramaan. Digital Life Certificate for Pensioners :
Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric enabled digital service for pensioners. Pensioners of Central Government, State Government or any other Government organization can take benefit of this facility.

More than One Crore families in India can be classified as pensioner families, where the pension disbursed by the various government bodies forms the basis for their income and sustainability.

There are about Fifty Lakh pensioners of the Central Government and a similar number of the various State and UT Governments and various other government agencies. This includes pensioners from the various public sector enterprises. In addition to this Army and Defence Personnel drawing pension exceeds Twenty-five lakhs.

About Us :
The Treasuries and Accounts Department functions under the administrative control of the Finance Department of the Secretariat and is headed by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts. The office of the Director of Treasuries and Accounts is located in Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada.

Organogram of the department :
(i) There are in all (207) treasury units in the state. (14) District Treasuries and (193) Sub Treasuries.
(ii) The Accounts Branches in the Offices of Heads of Departments are located in the new capital region of A.P.
