Executive Medical Scribe
Educational Qualifications Required: Graduation not a must
Work Location: Apex Towers, #42, II Main Road, RA Puram, Chennai 600028
Prior experience/skillsets required:
a. Should have worked as a remote Medical Scribe for an American doctor for more than 2 years excluding the training period.
b. Should have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
c. Should have previously groomed at least 3-5 trainees as scribes.
d. Should have exposure of quality checks/audits.
e. Should be a team player.
f. Willing to take additional responsibilities apart from regular scribing workload.
Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Provide scribing services for providers who have schedule of about 40 hours per week.
b. Successfully train medical scribes or OJTs to become back-up scribes on multiple providers.
c. Be a lead scribe and build a team of your own by grooming OJTs and junior scribes.
Compensation Details:
a. CTC of Rs. 53,000/- per month.
b. Complimentary dinner and hot beverages.
c. A referral bonus for Rs. 5000 for every experienced medical scribe.
d. A referral bonus of Rs. 10,000 to you and a separate referral bonus of 500 USD for your provider if he/she refers another provider from another facility.
e. Once you become a lead scribe, a grooming incentive of Rs. 10,000 for every trainee that you groom.
f. Complimentary personal accident policy of 5 lakhs along with 2 lakh coverage of medical expenses due to accident + weekly allowance of Rs. 5000 during the period of hospitalization for grievous injuries due to accidents and reasonable period of convalescence thereafter.
Complimentary Cab Facility:-
(i) Rs. 2000 shall be reimbursed to male employees who opt for their own transportation.
(ii) Female employees with their own car or female employees whose spouse is also working with us and have their own vehicle only can opt for own transportation and will be eligible for Rs. 2000 as transport reimbursement.
Senior Medical Scribe
Educational qualifications required: Graduation not a must
Work location: Apex Towers, #42, II Main Road, RA Puram, Chennai 600028
Prior Experience/Skillsets Required:
People who have been working as a medical scribe for more than a year excluding the training period and has experience of having worked with at least 2-3 different providers/specialties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Able to work independently as a Medical Scribe for the assigned provider.
b. Be part of a team where you provide backup for the providers assigned to your team/lead scribe.
c. Help groom OJTs in your team.
Compensation Details:
a. CTC of Rs. 40,500/- per month.
b. Complimentary dinner and hot beverages.
c. A referral bonus for Rs. 5000 for every experienced medical scribe.
d. A referral bonus of Rs. 10,000 to you and a separate referral bonus of 500 USD for your provider if he/she refers another provider from another facility.
e. Once you become a lead scribe, a grooming incentive of Rs. 10,000 for every trainee that you groom.
