Junior Architect/ Interior Designer

** Good communication, Sound knowledge on AutoCAD, 3DS max, Revit Architecture.
** Should be efficient in innovative designing and development.
** Work involves conceptualization, Design development, Preparation of working drawings and details, Layout plans, Presentations, Client communication and Co-ordination and Structural design. So must have knowledge on these.

Civil Draftsman

** Good communication, Good command on AutoCAD, Multitasking, Ability to handle overseas client.
** Ability to read civil and architectural drawings, maps and diagrams.
** Ability to produce standard, detailed, complicated drawings from rough sketches and on instructions.
** Rasterizing the plans.
** Sound knowledge on BIM & quantification.

Marketing Executive

Strong in communication and convincing skills

Work Involves:
** Present our service to prospective customer.
** Developing and maintaining the prospect with customer.
** Fix up appointments and meet customers.
** Generate leads.
** Required to tie up institutions for conducting presentations and workshops.

Front Office/ Receptionists

Female candidates preferred.

Key Skills:
** Receptionists, Strong oral and convincing skills, MS Office knowledge, Telephone Etiquette, Negotiation skills and Any graduate.
** Need to communicate with visitors.
** Guests monitoring.
** Managing telephonic calls.
