Marriage Certificate Registration
Under the Registration of Marriage Act 2008, it is mandatory to register all marriages of Indian Citizen. Citizen can now apply online.

For Original Certificate:
Citizen/Applicant can avail Marriage Certificate through applying Marriage Registration form online at e-NagarPalika portal. Citizen/Applicant needs to fill the required details given in the form, attach scanned copies of supporting documents and submit it on the portal.
Once Citizen/Applicant submit the form through online a Reference Number will be given to track the status of Application. Once the registration is approved by concerned marriage Authority Citizen/Applicant will get SMS/Email to pay the Fee through online.
Once the payment is successfully done by Citizen/Applicant certificate will be generated digitally signed by the concerned authority. Citizen/Applicant will be download the Marriage Certificate from online e-Nagarpalika portal by using Reference Number.
For Duplicate Copies of Marriage Certificate :
Citizen/Applicant can download the Marriage Certificate from online e-Nagarpalika portal by using Reference Number.

Documents Required
Applicant Submits the above form accompanied with following documents:
** 1-1 Passport size photos of Groom and Bride separately.
** 3 Marriage Photos of Groom and Bride.
** ID proof of Groom and Bride.
** Wedding card of Marriage.
** Any one ID proof of Parents of Groom and Bride.
** Oath Letter of Groom and Bride (incase of more than twenty days of Registration).
** Priest/Institute Certificate in case of Marriage done in Temple or Arya Samaj.
** Marriage hall Receipt/Punchnama from parshad.
** Documents required to verify Groom and Bride Date. – Birth Certificate/Driving License/Aadhar Card/Marksheet Photocopy.
** Affidavit from Groom and Bride with undertaking.
** 2 Witness ID proof with Address.
** Non availability Certificate photocopy.
